Beautiful property and ideal location to visit the Rocamadour sanctuary…

Our room was beautiful, plenty of natural light. The facilities are wonderful and there is a great park at the back of the property.

The property is amazing! The location would be the best in town! The hotel is exceptional- welcoming, stylish and well maintained. The staff were lovely and offered all sorts of information to make our stay amazing in regards to the town, the chateau and the sites.

The hotel is situated in a park like setting yet only 15 minute walk to Rocamadour. Spacious rooms, nice garden to sit in and a great pool area. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was excellent too. Would definitely go back there as it’s very relaxing.

No problem for us but there’s no elevator. However the rooms are only 1 floor up.

Lovely property, well-appointed rooms. Shout out to Adrien for his extraordinary multi-tasking: carrying carryons upstairs, cooking eggs to perfection, answering questions, making dinner reservations, and being a cheerful and accommodating host. Merci!

The location is unbeatable, and the grounds are like a private park. Staff is on site only during check-in and check-out periods, at other times access is by key code. The downstairs rear corner room is handicap accessible and seems to be a bit larger than the others, with nice views out two sides and a private patio.

The room had a wheelchair-friendly bathroom, so the toilet was mounted uncomfortably high off the floor and the shower was built into the corner of the room, so the water went everywhere. The door connecting the adjacent room lets you hear everything the neighbors are saying and doing.

It would of been an excellent location for the hot air balloon festival had they not cancelled

It was expensive especially as booking. Com add an extra 10%

Facilities may be better

The location in Rocamadour is fantastic, within walking distance from the Medieval Town and Castle.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were accommodating.I have already started recommending Hotel Les Esclargies to all my friends

The bath/shower could do with a glass partition, to avoid wetting the bathroom floor, otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Location great, everything in Rocamadour easily walkable from the hotel. Pool available if you want to cool but we were never in the hotel long enough to use it. Would definitely recommend as a base from which to explore

All good - even the parking!

Perfect stay. Well located, easy walk to local Rocamadour attractions through the back gate to the chateau, lifts down hillside to centre of Rocamadour and the grotto. Quiet location. Breakfast was very nice. It was also great being able to park and charge our EV. Would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

I don't really want to say anything good about this place because then everyone will want to stay here and when we come to book again (which we will) they will be too booked up - However, I am going to have to be honest. This was the nicest, cleanest, most spacious, best located hotel I've ever stayed in. So we are travelling round France, it's really hot and, after two busy locations I know I need a place with is peaceful with a pool. Rocamadour is one of my favourite places so I start my search. Wow, I stumbled across this fantastic gem of a place. Tucked away, surrounded by trees yet walking distance to the lift that takes you down to picturesque Rocamadour with its restaurants, shops and history. The hotel was quiet, spotless, spacious, air conditioned and had a pool - bliss! Thank you we will be back for more than just one night next time!

Nothing really, if I had to dig deep for anything I'd say maybe some pictures on the walls in the bedroom, bathroom, toilet might brighten the walls up but such an insignificant grumble I'm ashamed to even have made it.....

Beautiful property, cousy room, tasty breakfast, nice pool, safe parking, large space all around, walking distance to the ancient village and castle. Perfect.

Location and cleanliness

Shower too open water everywhere, needed a shower screen (not curtain)

Good location , lovely private gardens and swimming pool - accommodation/ bedroom well furnished and comfortable

No bar or restaurant - nothing on site for evening meal or entertainment

We’ve had a wonderful stay at your place. Beautiful garden, quiet place but close to everything, great breakfast and foremost lovely people.

An Italian shower would have been great.

This is a really nice place to stay and feels very homely. Room was very spacious overlooking the large grounds at the rear. There was plenty of parking and the staff/owner were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful and the location of the hotel is ideally placed to go and explore Rocamadour which is a short walk away where you can either make your own way down or get the lifts. No restaurant (which we knew when we booked) but there are some a very short walk away. You can buy wine by the bottle from the reception as well. The garden is well kept and really nice, there is also a pool but we didn't use that. It was really nice to fall asleep in the double hammock at the bottom of the garden.

The location is perfect for visiting Rocamadour. Very close but very tranquil. Every member of the hotel team went out of their way to deliver excellent service.
