"Desconecta2" - everything you can imagine considering this name will appear true. Absolutely amazing, peaceful and beautiful place. Usually you'd need to visit distant continents or remote islands to find such deep rest, being alone, being relaxed. Just after entering the room - we knew our stay has to be extended and we immediately did so. Great architecture, pro-design, super private place. Would love to come back..

Location, building, rooms, pool - all is 5 star; the kitchen is 3 stars [don't exactly fit the rest considering how amazing it is]. Still all in all it's 11/10.

Master bedroom is realy top. The vieuw is worth evry euro spent. The room with yaccuzzi is a blessing. Very very nice. Second time in this hotel.

The price could be a little bit better.

The name of the hotel says it all. Comfortable beds and really friendly staff. Beautiful dark skies with lots of stars.

This is not a 5 - star hotel. Yes it has all the amenities required but it misses ambience & atmosphere associated with a 5 star hotel. The hotel was very understaffed ( only two people on duty of which one was the chef). Nobody spoke English and had to make do with a translation app and because of this service was slow. Limited menu choices both for dinner and breakfast.

Absolutely everything, if you want to treat yourself to something that is special - this is it!!!! I am trying very hard to think of something that can be improved but I can’t - From the minute we arrived to leaving the staff made us feel special! Comfort and quality was there from start to finish - we will definitely come out of our way to stay here again THANK YOU So much

The rooms were exceptional, we liked the terrace ability outside especially as my husband is in a wheelchair. As a wheelchair user he had full autonomy of where he could access, the people are amazing, helpful and kind. The chef was fabulous, and the piña colada was to die for and I couldn't get enough of them. The swimming pool was stunning snf the view is second to none. Reasonable prices for everything including the treatments

It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool and gastronomy

The gym is very small

The design of the pool and the view on the valley is beautiful. Unfortunately that's all. Staff cannot be blamed, they do their best to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, but that is simply impossible. The same person cannot provide breakfast, check out at reception and keep the bar open at the same time.The management of this hotel should have an internship in a real 5 star hotel to know how things work in a place that deserves 5*

As mentioned in other reviews, there is a dire lack of staff in this hotel, which is reflected in the service and general condition of the hotel and infrastructure.Reviews are answered by the hotel to allow management to improve services. However, the answers only serve to keep up appearances, the problems raised have not been solved.The bed was not made and the used coffee cup was left in the room, the room was not cleaned.The country road to the hotel is presented as a means to start relaxing, in reality it is a cheap way trying to turn a country road into something special.There is an improvised flycatcher on the floor at the reception, made from an old wall fixture with a blue lamp. There are way too many dead flies in the flycatcher.When entering the courtyard of the hotel, you notice the unpleasant smell of the drains.Many tiles on the terrace at the bar are cracked and loose.There is green de posit at some places in the pool.A window of the glass wall at the pool is cracked.The garden is neglected and barren, only weeds can be seen on the terrace of all rooms.On the front facade there are 2 large pots with a dried-out plant, the same at the swimming pool.A broken parasol pole lies against the wall of the pool.The white loungers by the pool are dirty and discolored. There are just too many flies in the toilets at the pool to be normal. There is a dirty, smelly ashtray on the terrace next to our room.The parasol base on our terrace was repaired with cable ties.The edges of the shower floor are not clean.A shelf in the room was loose in the wall.The corner of the bathroom glass was broken (dangerous sharp edge).We personally witnessed other visitors sending their food back to the kitchen (croquettes still frozen) and refusing to order anything else.Good to know there is no cook on Sunday evenings, which does not improve service/food quality.More negative but fortunately for the hotel, Booking limits the text length.

Stunning location, fantastic facilities, wonderful design and attentive and caring staff. The food was spectacular and Pinar and Juan wouldn’t have done more for us. I left feeling nurtured energised and inspired. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This hotel provides an extraordinary, unique experience. Everything about the place is beautiful. Peaceful. The food excellent. The pool, the spa, the views, the room, the bathroom, the shower, the staff all excellent. The perfect escape.

Nothing, there is absolutely nothing not to like.

A sensational find on our driving tour of Spain. Rural luxury. Room and facilities were excellent and the lunch, dinner and breakfast were excellent value. I especially enjoyed the way breakfast was served. It offered none of the usual Buffet style that is served in hotels but a more eco and less waste approach. The pool was stunning with amazing views towards the lake and valley. We watched numerous eagles fly over. We would return definitely if we are in that area again.

The location was fabulous with amazing views.

The staff appeared inexperienced. They seemed to double up on roles within the hotel and there were several mix ups with the bill.

Love the master suite. One of the best views and the room is beautiful. Everything about this place was excellent. A must visit place. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Insects, too many insects.. they need to do something about it. U cant sit outside in the beautiful balcony because of the insects. And they should increase the items in the menu as there are no other restaurants near by.

No phone in room for room service, not a deal breaker enjoyed communication between staff.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views, spacious rooms (stayed at the suite which is breathtaking), excellent service, great facilities and delicious meals!

Fantastic location with breathtaking, elevated views of the surrounding countryside. Staff were both efficient and friendly. A beautiful, well maintained swimming pool.
