MUSE Saint Tropez - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

It was fabulous!! Everyone knew your name, they went above and beyond exceptional customer service. This will be the only hotel I stay at while visiting Saint Tropez.

The service was impeccable. The location and amenities were second to none. Would be extremely happy to stay here again!!!!

The property is stunning, very tranquil, exceptionally well kept. The hospitality of this place was unmatched! The moment we arrived we were taken care of immediately. Our belongings were brought up to our room while we checked in at reception and our car was parked for us. Everything we needed was provided. The shuttle that is included was such a great perk as we didn’t have to roam around in our car to look for parking. My husband even went for a run one morning and they greeted him back on the property with a cold towel and water. Rooms were cleaned well. Night service was a plus. Truly a luxurious stay and was one of our favorite stays during our honeymoon.

Breakfast was only continental breakfast, eggs, meat, etc was extra. I think for hotel like this it should be included in the stay. Especially for the price you pay.

Fantastic hotel with easy access to town and beach clubs. Complimentary driving was a bonus.

No music at the pool. Should have had some nice chill music. Better mood. Cocktails were terrible. A place like this should have exceptional cocktails. No drying racks in the bathroom.

It’s was truly disappointing for the cost of each night.The staff was extremely unpleasant and rude.Checking out brought to there attention a mini bar charge was I didn’t use. They won’t accommodate me. Very unhelpful with reservations.In all, over rated place. Will NEVER go back to suggest to families and friends.

Muse was excellent 5 star! Huge rooms!! The shower was my favorite!! The vibe cool. The staff was great and very nice.Cool Shuttle to take you everywhere.

The fact that the concierge is not really a concierge.And would not use them to book me things… as they are not really connected to night clubs or amazing recommendations and when we went to the restaurant they booked for us it was closed.

This property is simply beautiful. Everything from the grounds to the pool to the rooms themselves is perfectly designed for comfort, privacy, and style. If I ever become a billionaire celebrity, this is where I will hide out from the paparazzi for months on end. However, the staff is what truly makes this place shine. So friendly & attentive, they knew us by name and anticipated our every need. No request was too much. They booked us last minute restaurant reservations in high season, drove us around town, and delivered breakfast to our door with a smile. World class service!

The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the pool area is outstanding, the staff is very attentive to the guests' comfort, the extra services, e.g. shuttle to the city center and the beach, really deserves 5 stars!!

Eggs for breakfast were an extra charge and very basic offering for breakfast included.

The pool is beautiful and never too many people there as it’s such a small hotel. The staff are all amazing, so helpful and friendly and you can ask them for anything. The transport was great too, we never had to wait long for a lift to Saint Tropez and the girl that brought us each time was so lovely.

Everything was amazing - staff when above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Hotel was beautiful and room was stunning. The driver service into and out of St Tropez was very good - we could also use it the day we checked out. I would love to go back and stay.

-The staff couldn't speak English well, so it was hard to communicate.- I stayed in the room with the private pool. But the water in the pool was too dirty to swim. The size of pool was very small as well. Even the staff tried to remove the dirty things, but it was hard to make it clean enough. So we couldn't use the pool even once, although we paid more money than the other rooms without it.-The breakfast was included, but just coffe and yogurt was free. If we chose other food such as egg or bread, it should be charged.

Beautiful and very serene boutique hotel. every staff member from the cleaning crew to the ladies at the pool genuinely care about guests’ wellbeing, that’s because of the general manager Karim who impressed up with his competence, level of professionalism and well mannerisms. Everything during our stay went smooth. Hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach clubs and to the Main StreetHighly recommend!
