Cons -

Bed was soft, everyone rolled to hole in the middle. NO comfortable place to sit in entire apartment.
A bit difficult to drive there and to find parking, but this should be expected in this beautiful old town.
The service was sub par- be prepared to have the Gestapo barging through your door 30 minutes before check out time. The meeting place was not accurate, and I was not expecting to be waiting outside to a closed (and agreed upon) reception desk.
