Cons -
- There is no freezer, hairdryer, kettle, shampoo or shower gel of soap. We want from reception one hairdryer and we get one. But we could not get hot water. The person in reception could not speak English, so we could communicate with google translate. Actually, in Spain, there is few people speak English and/or they prefer to speak Spanish, although they work in a touristic place. So, i advise to someone who visit Spain, speak a little Spanish or be good using google translate.
- Shower needs a non slip bath mat. It was a bit noisy
- One of the worst hotels I have stayed so far. There was only one person from the staff, no English at all, only Spanish speaking. The reception was supposed to be 24hr but it was NOT. We arrived at 5pm and reception was closed with hand written information in Spanish saying "I'll be back at 5pm", fortunately the contact the phone number was included. After 15min of waiting at the closed doors of the hotel we called the provided number and somehow managed the Receptionist to come and open the door for us. The room was terrible, including beds, doors to the bathroom were not closing and the Receptionist was not in for the most of the time we passed through the Reception. The hotel doors were locked most of the time, fortunately we get a key to the entrance door. This is common for hostels BUT NOT HOTEL. We stayed for 2 nights and we were the only guests in this 28 rooms hotel. Not surprising at all!!!

Location was excellent. View of the mountains was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure & heat. Spacious room

Hard to find ANY positive of this hotel except having a place were you can barely sleep.

Good location 2 minutes walk from the monastery. Comfortable and quiet hotel with welcoming manager. The hotel bar was good, the hotel evening meal was ok but nothing special. We had breakfast (churros and chocolate) nearby, very good.
The evening meal food was a bit basic, everything else was fine. We parked the car as close as possible to the hotel, but ended up about 100+ m away.
Friendly staff and just a minute to the main town attraction
The cooler was a bit noisily
Very good value very clean good location easy parking good overnight stop.
Family hotel very close to the Guadelupe Monastery but away from the noise of the main square. Good price/quality ratio.
Staff not very forthcoming
Great staff, location and price. In my case they charged me less than expected because I booked a double-room but was by myself, so they gave me a spacious individual room. I really appreciated it and will repeat.
It is a bit old, but for that price you cannot expect a better quality
Cheap and cheerful You get what you pay for . It was absolutely fine fir 1 night
Could be modernized - You could feel the springs through the bed.
