Great location aside from the parking

Parking was offsite and not the most convenient as you had to be accompanied by a worker who could let you out. I opted to find street parking where possible.

The hotel is very clean and has modern rooms; breakfast was good and the hostesses were very attentive. Parking in a nearby lot was provided and we were offered Porto wine upon check-in.

I would have liked an extra pillow and softer bathroom linens.

Very nice hotel! My room was equipped with a quite big kitchen, everything is clean and new in the room. It's located in 5min walk from the beach. Would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Location. Cleanliness. Superb modern room. Easily walkable to beach and all downtown Nazare. Several restaurants and shops. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Free safe parking.

Parking was in a hotel owned underground ( and secure) garage just up the street. Pretty tight in and out perhaps for some, but I had no problem.

Big room, even with a proper dining table and chairs. Beautifully decorated. Excellent location. Parking was a bit of a mission but the guy at reception helped my husband with it. The lounge area in reception is great - they even let us buy a bottle of wine from their bar and play cards for a while. The port on arrival was a really nice touch.

Some plumbing problems with water not draining in the shower (we had this a few times at different hotels in Portugal) so we had to stop the shower a couple of times as to not flood the bathroom. Nazare off season was a ghost town - but we still had a great night and found a couple of restaurants and an open bar near by.

The staff were amazing from check in to check out.

Had facilities in our room that we could not use. No explanation was given just a very direct NO

Waze map lead us to a very narrow road that was difficult in making a turn.

The hotel felt like it was newly renovated and it was so clean and spacious.

Great room, location and staff

Only complaint is that there are no outlets next to the beds to charge phone and watch, etc.

Location was convenient, it was very clean and modern, and spacious. The breakfast had a good selection as well. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable.
