Location and cleaning lady did well cleaning up sand which is obviously one of those things when by the beach

The room was small and hard to find place to put all the luggage. The room also got super humid when you take shower because there wasn¿t proper ventilation and the air conditioning kept shutting off

Location and staff friendliness.

The location was incredible! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. I loved the sound of the waves. The food was very good and the staff was very nice.

There was some moisture in the room but cracking a door resolved the problem.

The location is amazing, even if you come without a car. Close to the beach, bus stops, attractions and cliff lift.The room is a great set up for value, the bathroom is amazing and each room has a mini balcony. The bed was comfy with the right hardness of the mattress.Breakfast is nothing high maintenance. Good robust with a lot of bread options, cheese, eggs, pastries, ham, tea&coffee, fruit and yoghurt. I must say I am picky and cannot have breakfast without tomatoes, so I brought my own on the first morning. The staff was so vigilant and customer centric they brought us tomatoes from the 2nd day onwards.

Cannot say any negatives about our stay.

The location at the heart of the boardwalk was nice.

To begin with, the room is tiny, it brought back memories of staying in Tokyo in a budget hotel. There is an empty lot right next door that is filled with trash and clutter to look at when viewing the beach front at an oblique angle. On the first floor there is a seafood restaurant so the entire hotel above is infused with "Eau de Poisson". Around midnight the trash truck comes around to empty the giant trash bins located directly across the street (apparently this job requires verbal commands given at a high volume) At 2:30 am the drunks roll out onto the sidewalk and for an hour plus, there is yelling and arguing on the street (the rooms are far from soundproof). Basically, don't plan to sleep if you book a room at this fish palace!

Breakfast was good from 730 to 1030.I have stayed her 3 times and always asked for room 203 or 204 facing with balcony the ocean.Lots of parking in the area

Adequate breakfast, easy check-in, the restaurant staff were very pleasant and professional, excellent location, room with a balcony and view.

Only a few minor inconveniences...The breakfast room was extremely noisy (heavy chairs), in fact, noisier than workers unloading metal scaffolding just out front so don't expect to sleep in. No' real orange juice for breakfast (in Portugal)? Couldn't open the door without hitting the bed (small rooms).

Great location on the beach. Easy walk from the bus station.

Loved the staff, location and the breakfast.

I liked the central location in Nazaré Portugal. I could walk easily to and from the bus station with my luggage. It was right off the main walkway along the beach. Breakfast was very nice. My room was comfortable and I enjoyed the communal balcony at the end of my floor.

I got locked out onto the communal balcony but fortunately a person in an adjoining balcony was able to unlock the door for me.

clean room, with side-view on the ocean. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. However, having 10% discount in the restaurant was great as we really enjoyed eating there. Overall, good value for money

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness.

Tight space, limited storage, small room and sewer smell in the bathroom - maybe due to old plumbing.

The hotel is located right on the boardwalk. Easy walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants. We could see the ocean from our little balcony and we were able to leave the slider open for that soothing ocean wave sound. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, served in a bright, clean dining room. One night we wanted to play cards, so we were directed to a lovely and quiet sitting space. The staff made excellent dinner recommendations. The property is clean and well-kept!

The pillows were a little flat.

Nice breakfast nice location, nice staff but very difficult to sleep. Very loud all night long. Above an between restaurants , empting trash loud employees all night long. Sleep deprived!!

The property was fine but the restaurant staff tried to over charge us and my meal was good my friends was terrible . Front desk was excellent.

Everything was within walking distance, staff was nice and restaurant was good

Noisy all around, not too private as we/neighbors could see each other because of buildings being so close. Room decor in my view is of a poor choice, black and red all over! Besides of having a small closet, everything else in the room was a waste of space. But since we stayed only one night and probably not all rooms are the same, it’s not too bad if you are used to late night noise.

The location is tremendous. I went drinking all night and I didn't have to drive. Then I went to my room and had no problems.

I wish the room was a little bigger but since I didn't stay in it, it didn't really bother me that it was small.
