Hotel Miramar Sul

Everything from the staff, food, location, cleanliness was amazing. The hotel was so clean, and in a beautiful location,and picture perfect.

Road to hotel not so good

Beds were too hard. Not enough outlets, especially in the bathroom.

Veeery big rooms with door to outside - very clean armosphere - and polity staff- excellent place almost near the center yet easy to drive and park

They did not have hotel slippers. But it is not a big problem the hotel is great

We can see the lighthouse and waves from our balcony, which is amazing! Hotel is way up on the hillside, rather than close to the beach or town, but uber was easy and the views are the BEST! Staff has been awesome too!!

Staff, particularly Veronica, was extremely helpful when we had issues with our credit cards and phone verifications!

The hotel is farther from the center of town than we would have liked as we were walking.

Good location. Clean. Only complaint is the door alarm when closing it. Always goes off and other rooms also.

Too far to walk into town. You need a car to enjoy the area.

The hotel upgraded us to a suite to we can't complain about the room size. the balcony was lovely and quiet - we had a sizable view of the ocean. The pool was great - the exterior was a little tired but it must be very difficult with the misty, salt air to maintain. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay ... we asked if we could stay one more night but the hotel was completely booked.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like - maybe we wished we could have walked from the hotel into the town of Nazare but the walk was a bit to far to then hike up to the fort and back.

Location was good .. if you want to get to the beach you need a car .

The rooms were small and stuffy . The staff wasn’t that helpful.

The building itself is really quite nice. It was clean, and the staff were great. Breakfast was fine.

The building is really tired. It needs a refresh.

Very good 4 star experience. We had a garage for free to park bikes. Car parking was cheap. Slightly away from all good restaurants .

It must have been a very beautiful place at its time. Now it was a bit worn out. Mattress very uncomfortable. Air conditioner was not working inside room. Hallway was cool. Had to sleep all night with door opened. It was for only one night. Thank goodness it was for only one night. The rating on the hotel fooled me.

The views were nice.

Hotel needs maintenance. They will charge you for shower caps if you want to use the indoor pool otherwise you can’t use it.They double charged me for my stay and no one ever from the hotel replied to me when I inquired. Really far from everything. No restaurants or beaches near by within walking distance.

The reception team and shuttle driver were excellent, helpful and kind

The deputy food and beverage manager was curt and put us in our place for asking for clarification on opening times as those advertised were different to actual

The view is the only positive thing about this place.

They charge you for any thing . A fork or to use an iron . staff was not helpful at all and not friendly. Would not go back again .

The location, the hotel restaurant were just perfect.

Hotel is poorly maintained.Air conditioning produced hot air instead the expected what was dramarical in the Summer in Southern Portugal. I didn't sleep at night - it was hot.The ocean view was spoilt by dirty windows (see the photo).The room and terrace poor maintained, dirty and rusty.I don't recommend this place for a visit.

Everything from the room to the view to the staff was excellent.

We never got the hang of the elevator as we had to play with the controls each time. Also, it would have been nice if there were a pathway down the back of the hotel to the beach. It's a long roundabout walk.
