The staff were exceptionally friendly and had great suggestions for local cuisine. The pool area was serene, the location was quiet and picturesque and the room was spotless when we arrived.

Pool closed. Room tiny. Looked as if other larger rooms were free but not assigned to us. Room safe not working. No batteries in it. Bathroom was tiny.

Pool was closed for the season which was disappointing. the breakfast ended at 9.45 which is far too early and 45 minutes before the time that was advertised.

Lovely clean family run hotel. Nice restaurant and the staff were all so helpful especially Sabina & Ilaria nothing to much trouble for them to organise. Great pool very clean & sun loungers available.
Great location just at the bottom of the hill to Poppi. Parking was easy and the breakfast and WIFI were good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend if going to Poppi for a visit.
location, clean and bright , pool ( but it was closed for cleaning). front desk very helpful. directed us to castle, food and covid test. walking distance from train station and bus stop.
