Hotel Lapland

Comfortable clean room, cosy atmosphere, free parking. Located in a quiet, lovely northern village, we really enjoyed walking around. Good breakfast with a variety of options.

We stayed in this hotel twice - one night on our way to Nordkapp and one night on the way back. On the way there, we stayed in the new building and were truly satisfied, everything was great (I even gave a score of 10). On the way back, we were placed in the old building, and the experience was different. The bathroom was tiny, and there was no light in the shower, so once you close the shower curtain, you’re basically showering in the dark. As a “compliment,” there was a lollipop left in the room that someone had clearly already sucked and wrapped back into the packaging. I understand the cleaning staff probably didn’t notice, but this is really not OK.

A very comfortable hotel located conveniently off the main highway for a quick stop during a road trip. The room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel offering a dinner and breakfast was an added bonus for convenience, and the food was also above expectations.

The service was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wassomething to be expected in this price range. And lastly the off-hours check-in was quick and easy.

The only con that I can think of was that the beds were single beds and for couples that is a slight minus.

Good breakfast and nice terrace to eat outside or semi-inside. Good to have the possibility to eat dinner in the same place - food was good.

When booking via Booking.com you could choose a room with one big bed. Room received had two single beds. As also the second and third rooms checked…..If hotel cannot offer one big size bed, it should not be possible to offer that as an option via Booking.comHotel was asked to correct this if that really is the case.
