Everything was so clean and the staff were incredibly friendly! They provided coffee while we were waiting for the check in process to finish, they gave us fresh flowers and a some fruits in the room and honestly everything was perfect and everyone was beyond sweet and thoughtful

Nothing, we got the room with the hot tub and we didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to use it because it was too cold, it got cold fast

Every thing starting from the room to the garden to the staff all was perfect

They should have better menu with more options in the restaurant especially in that area because there is no close restaurant to the hotel

Our stay was delightful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which set a wonderful tone for our visit. The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake.One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.

It was almost isolated from city and noises, I like that facility jacuzzi and steam bath was stunning and good view. Staff was so friendly and helpful. You can approach most of touristic spots of around 40 to 50 minutes around that was perfect for me.

A real jewel box on the shores of a quiet little lake. The fine dining restaurant deserves at least 2 Michelin stars. The chef conjured up fantastic food compositions and heavenly flavors for us. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. Modern, elegant furnishings. Very attentive, helpful, young staff.

The hotel is in a quiet location on a small lake. The suite is good size for three adults. I chose this location because it’s only 30 mins drive to Beautiful Varenna and from there you can explore lake Como. Thank you for the friendly staff and good breakfast.

It’s only recommended if you have a car.

The restaurant is fantastic! Complete, healthy, and tasty food. Our room was beautifully decorated with all the comfort one can hope for. Everybody working at this beautiful hotel is nice and efficient. This place must be idyllic in the spring and summer.

We really liked everything, except for the llate checkout policy. The spa was small, so we had to "take turns" with other guests. The place was wonderful, the room exceptional.

We were hoping for a late checkout. It was 100 EUR per hour, so we declined (3.5 hours at that price would've been the same as paying for a full additional night).

Modern unique design, very attentive staff they remembered that we were going to check out before breakfast so they prepared a breakfast box for us, quiet location near lecco city which is my favorite place to stay in lake como.

Wonderful location and spacious rooms. The service team was fantastic. We loved the Michelin star restaurant and all of our meals. It’s a slice of paradise ??

I don’t believe one should have to pay 5€ for eggs or 10€ for avocado on toast. When one pays over 800€ a night this should be included. The hot buffet items ( carrots bacon and sausage ) were not warmed so wasn’t an option for us to eat those items at room temperature.

Breakfast could be better

While everything was amazing, the staff and their service is what makes this place incredible. They are attentive, expedient, and genuinely nice. The rooms and amenities were outstanding, along with the food, which is a very tasty experience. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

Maybe a softer pillow would be nice, but I didn't ask for one. I will next time because I will be staying here again.

The location is fantastic and you can explore the extra or visit any town in lake como, friendly and helpful staff, they have nice fine dining restaurant. Excellent for couple and relaxation but also amazing for any travelers. Spa is complimentary and you can book it for you only which we enjoyed it. Amazing area for cycling.
