The property was perfectly located across Monemvasia, well organized parking, comfortable stay and exceptional staff. The manager helped us deal with a serious car problem, and found us a mechanic that fixed the car. Exceptional service altogether. A bar at the pool, lots of small and thoughtful conveniences when you travel

Nice water view and nice pool area

Not worth the price, rooms just ok and breakfast was below average for Greece

The staff were excellent , hospitable and polite The pool was a great amenity and we found the location to be perfect for us to visit the town and the castle in the evening (by car of course)

We had one double room and one triple The triple had what I would call a regular bathroom meaning a separate shower and toilet along with a sinkThe double had the sink in the bedroom which was tolerable however the bathroom had no real shower the bathroom itself in essence was a shower as it had a drain and had a toilet bowl located in it The colors also made it appear unfinished cement like very institutional like

The pool is great and the location is good also. The staff do their best but the hotel/owners make it impossible

The ground floor rooms are like the motels we see in American movies, small balconies, with no privacy in front of the parking lot. But the rooms were badly in need of renovation, some furniture and equipment were so old, they could not look clean anymore. They chose the cheapest options to begin with. Breakfast was a joke. I think this is what you get served when you are homeless and get a free breakfast with state coupons

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was also clean.We didn't use the pool which was very large indeed, however, it was a rainy day.

The bathroom was rather small and the facilities a bit outdated (older type of furniture).The entire property is in need of extensive refurbishment.

Value for money with a perfect location by the sea. The pool was nice and the facilities. We did not select the option for the breakfast, so I have no opinion. All personnel was really nice and helpful. We requested an earlier check-in and they made it possible.

The apartment was gorgeous and the staff the friendliest we’ve ever met, they even upgraded our room so that we’d have more space with our baby and a gorgeous view from the balcony. The pool and the breakfast are also fantastic.

Loved the pool, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were superb.A 5-minute drive from the castle.

The staff Stathis & Yiota were very welcoming and down to earth with us from the get go. We were extremely grateful for their kindness and suggestions where to eat . The pool was a high light - natural salt water which are hard to come by, very comfy room and nicely decorated with a touch of Europe

The bathroom was little small , but we are finding this is the standard across all our accommodation in Europe, otherwise very clean - did the job

- View from the swimming pool was lovely- Staff were very nice - gave us a free upgrade to have a sea view from our room, gave us a drying rack when we needed, very friendly.- excellent location - 900 metres from the island of Monemvasia- nice balcony to relax on- very nice pool, salt water pool so it is unique- nice snack bar near the pool - Good sized economy room.

- Toilet and bathroom are like are a wet room, would be nice to have a curtain separating them.

The outdoor seawater pool is fantastic! It's a very peaceful spot to enjoy breakfast or read a book. The staff are extremely polite, and the view of Monemvasia is simply beautiful.

The room was extremely small, with the sink located outside the bathroom. The toilet were uncomfortably narrow – unless you're under 1.50m tall, your feet would be pressed against the wall. Overall, for €130 per day, the price is far too expensive for the quality provided!

Swimming pool is sustainably filled with sea salt which preserves drinking water in the dry summer season. Location is great with excellent views, and access to a nearby supermarket.Plenty of secure parking spaces.Spacious rooms with 2 showers.Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was ok, it could have some sausages or bacon for the fried eggs.There was a loud party from a nearby resort that went on until 1:30. Luckily this was an one off incident.

Great location, few minutes from monemvasia, great views and balcony, hosts very hospitable. Room very spacious - like a small apartment with separate bedroom and big balcony.

Pillows/bed/couch were too firm. Room/kitchen/bathroom lacking the upgrades expected for the price of the hotel.

The pool was very nice.

We were very disappointed with the room, as it looked nothing like the photos on Booking. We requested a room change but none were available. The studio we booked was very small and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was extremely small and the window was broken. Overall the place is in need of renovation.

Room furniture and appliances are old or broken or missing: bed too short and narrow, but that's the size the room allows... old and broken appliances. a mirror, a shelf and some more hangers are needed in the bathroom as well as a better shower screen to avoid to flood the bathroom when you take a shower
