The friendly attitude, very accommodating and helpful. Their shuttle service is free and resort is very convenient

It doesn't have a beach to swim in.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we called before arrival. They have a great shuttle and map to take you around town too.

It was a holiday inn. It never said anything about that on this listing or even on their website and when we got there, it was all signed with Holiday Inn which was confusing at first.

This hotel was called ¿grand caymanIan¿. Your writeup did not say it was a holiday inn. there was a separate advert. for holiday inn on your site. We had an altercation with our cab driver because he said it was and we said it wasn¿t - he was correct!

Looking out golf course and beautiful ocean. Shuttle bus service was good

It’s bit far away from everything! Couple miles to walk to 7mile Beach And shops

Great food at the on-location restaurant.

Grand Caymanian is not its name-everyone knows it as the Holiday Inn. The chemical smell in the rooms (due to repainting?) and ammonia in the hall made it almost impossible to breathe. Had to prop open our balcony door which had no screen!

I wish they had continental breakfast

Bed was comfy to sleep on.

I woke up early morning due to loud voices of housekeeping staff outside. Banging of doors, talkig aloud outside. Value for money such a big no. No free water at least

King bed suite with ocean view. Musty hotel room, huge water stain on the kitchen ceiling, toilet barely flushed, paint flaked off the ceiling AC registers when the guns were adjusted, bath towels are not large and are grainier than 20-grit sandpaper, beach is small and water is very rocky, interior hallways of buildings are musty, elevators smell like oil and are slow, and literally half of the property is owned by Holiday Inn Resorts, which makes for a very cheap feel at this property. The pool water was extremely cloudy. All of the luggage follies had been left outside during a rain storm and we're basically useless leading up to checkout. Location - Jesus Christ - horrible. One must drive along a poorly maintained road with 10 speed bumps to get to this property - one way in, one way out. Absolute dog track of a property and I should dand my money back.

The room was beautiful, spacious, the bed was heavenly, and the bathroom was enornmous. The kitchen was outfitted nicely, and the amenities were perfect.

The dryer was a little loud, so someone may want to take a look at that.

The room was very nice and the hotel grounds were ok.

The resort pictures on the website showed a nice beach. No beach just ironshore. The beach was not swimable and the snorkeling was terrible.

The entire suite was lovely, the bedroom and bathroom were clean & spacious, the kitchen was great.

The hot water in the shower worked for one day and remained cool for the remaining days.The kitchen was stocked with the cups, glasses, plates, and some cooking utensils. A wine opener, & can opener would have been nice to add.

The check in staff were so polite and cheerful.

Not much ambience in this resort. We only stayed the one night before flying off to Cayman Brac.

The manager was amazing. Very accommodating!

The facilities are older so the toilet was leaking all night. The locks on the doors were rattling.

The grounds were pristine and the staff was amazing. The Driftwood Restaurant and Bar was very good and convenient

It was a bit out of the way but it was quiet and peaceful. The resort shuttle was convenient

View was excellent from our room, which was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was very nice and affordable.

I was dissapointed that there wasn't much beach, and the conditions were not ideal for snorkeling. Also, there was never anyone at the activities shack to assist in activities or rentals.

Well manicured gardens, bbq area. Having the shuttle service was helpful for visiting the town and the other side of the island

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time
