    Pros +

    • We were there with our 4 months old baby. In general everything was great. The hotel was so silent and peaceful. The meals in both restaurants were really tasty. The room was clean and the monastery was just in front of the hotel.
    • Extremly expensive and rooms doesn't deserve. Expensive breakfast not included even you pay 220 per night 2people. R
    • Quiet, clean, scenic. Ground beautifully manicured and wonderful to wander around. Morning reception staff very friendly & efficient, especially Carlos. Night reception staff blunt, a bit rude, and not helpful. Restaurant servers Nabila and Daniel very helpful and friendly.

    Cons -

    • I am not sure if it was a good idea to go there with a baby :) After having a great dinner, we asked 2 lattes and our desserts to our room and the young waiter gave us the tray to take it to our room instead of bringing it. First i thought it was a joke but it was not.. It was the first time i made a self service to my suite room.
    • Food not very tasty.

Location is perfect, quiet and peaceful place to relax. Surrounded by beautiful nature. Service was really kind. Hotel in good quality, room was clean, air conditioner worked well. You can find some modern features. They included drinking water and shower products. You can eat tasty breakfast for 18€ for person and there's is restaurant too.Price was too good for quality service. I recommend and hope to visit again.

I like green quite location, nice interior, cleanliness, friendly stuff, tasty.

I was charged twice for room service. When traveling with others, it isn’t always easy to track which services were paid in cash and which were charged to the room. The hotel should mark these separately and provide a more accurate bill at check-out.

Great room and environs. Pleasant staff. Exceptional restaurant.

I’d have liked it if Booking.com hadn’t misled me into thinking my dog wouldn’t be a problem.

    10FrankPosted on: 10-19-2024

    Dinner excellent.

Bar for drinks or coffee not open all afternoon. Roadworks made access tortuous. Temporary.

    The place and the room

The restaurant for breakfast and lunch. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel, but it only works for several days, and the other hotel restaurant is very basic in terms of interior, food, and service. The level of the hotel is a way higher than a restaurant.

The hotel sprawls its long and low structure in a quiet place, surrounded by vegetation and away from busy areas. The room was adequately large, allowing proper movement around the furniture and providing enough space for two carry-ons to be readily available. The air conditioning unit was quiet and efficient, but the large terrace glass door could quickly refresh the room and let the country side air in. The view of the inner court could be enjoyed from the room terrace, large enough for a table and two chairs. The bathroom had the sink and its counter in an open space, separated by a glass door from the space for the bathtub/shower, toilet, and bidet. Beds were comfortable and the room and its door were sound proof. The staff was very kind and helpful, being able to accommodate us for dinner even when the restaurant was fully booked. In particular, the Reception staff and the restaurant's maître d' were very pleasant and hospitable. There are three restaurants available, of which two in the hotel. The Món restaurant offers the breakfast, which was very good, with a large selection of products. For dinner, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.Nearby, the Medieval Monastery of Sant Benet offers an audio-visual immersion into the dramatic history of this place and within an hour of driving you can visit beautiful Medieval villages as well.

If you do not have a (rental) car, you will need to take a taxi to (or from) Barcelona airport. The ride takes less than an hour and costs between 120 - 130 EUR. Public transportation is available at a much lower cost, but it may take more than two hours to get to the hotel and needs a few transfers, including a taxi for the last part of the trip.

    Clean large comfortable rooms.

Only one person working the hotel front desk, everything. Had to wait to speak to him for anything.

    8PeterPosted on: 8-20-2024

The location. Nice landscape, out in the country

    Pool opened later and earlier

    10CarriePosted on: 8-9-2024

Breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, very quiet and tranquil. Modern luxury.

The hotel’s restaurant is expensive. If you don’t want to eat there - quite a trip to find somewhere else. Manresa was the nearest - 20 mins or so drive.

    8VeronicaPosted on: 7-31-2024

Clean and comfortable, the room was big and had everything we needed

The pool, small and dated. The eating options without reservation are very limited

Nice location but don’t forget about you guest have come for a quiet break when you have roudy wedding guests

There was a wedding party on during our stay and all we could hear were screaming kids . Even the staff were fed up with them

    8VeraPosted on: 7-22-2024

    It was clean and quiet.

A few details missing in the room. And the service at the restaurant hotel good be improved.

    10JanePosted on: 7-1-2024

Clean, elegant, stylish hotel in nature. Perfect location.

    8JoannaPosted on: 7-1-2024

It was set in beautiful surroundings and well located for a wedding that we were attending. The rooms were comfortable.

It maybe felt a bit tired and was more suited to business travel.

    8DariuszPosted on: 6-29-2024

Location in a rural area and that it is modern.

The room had few flaws and was not very clean.Lack of continental breakfast, most dishes were sweet with lots of sugar. The only other choice was scrambled eggs, not very tasty. Other Four-star hotels have breakfast sorted. The hotel restaurant opens at 20:00 so a bit late for lunch.

    Beautiful view and lovely hotel

Never have I been to any hotel that you can not get drink or food from breakfast till 5pm not even a bottle/glass of water! We travelled with a massive group and was totally shocked to be told nothing opens till 5pm and we were treated like we were were unreasonable. Were on holiday but even if we wasn’t every eats lunch!! Considering it so remote and having no cars the 1st day wee was literally stuck!! Don’t even replenish the water in room!!
