The room was more than we expected

Nothing,great location ,pool area good ,close to all the local amenities

Location is very good. Breakfast is good. The bar area inside and outside good.

Rooms very noisy. Can here your neighbours. Beds not comfortable.

We had a very spacious room with a private terrace and sea view. The pool was lovely. All the staff do friendly and helpful. We visit Mojacar a lot but have never stayed here. We definitely will now

It's was only a 2* not 4* the room was a deluxe double far from it the food was warm the soup had no cover so it was quite cold the first night the person servings grill food never had gloves on and served fish and meat with bare hands the staff at reception was very helpful would I have spent all that money on this hotel NO

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and very good breakfast

Hotel was good along with the location. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Our only disappointment was that as the hotel wasn’t that busy the restaurant wasn’t opening for our evening meal and we had to eat in the bar for several evenings.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable and large room. Superb location near the beach. Fantastic breakfast.

Location, facilities and staff excellent.

Room was serviced when we went to breakfast. We both showered after breakfast so towels weren't changed.Cleaning of room could be better timed and to a higher standard.

Perfect location,views out to sea.Plenty of choice to eat ,good quality.The staff were great.

Staff were very helpful, but to no avail.

The room, although extremely large was awful. Extremely tired and grubby decor. Miserable to sit in the room, but couldn't go out because it was pouring with rain. Three attempts to connect to the wi-fi but still could not get the computer to work.After one hour we had had enough and left, naturally, loosing the money we had paid.

Room well positioned with sea view. Very good buffets at both breakfast and dinner.

possible earlier start for dinner in evening - standard time 20:00; but, substantial proportion of guests were UK ex-pats and an earlier start, at say 19:00 or 19:30 would be well favoured.

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful and room comfortable and very clean. Bar staff excellent particularly Lara I think her name was.

Location of this hotel is great . Overall a great stay

Shower is over a bathtub. Very slippy getting out. Needs a bathmat have mentioned this on our last trip. Furniture very tired needs modernizing. Had a ring stain in bath when we arrived. Cleaners knocked on door very early in morning.

It was fine just very basic, could do with an update, but for the money it was ok.

The hotel is in an ideal position for the beach , nice walks and good restaurants it also has a lovely terrace
