Very clean and friendly staff

Close to beach, tidy throughout, clean room

Needs updating, the balcony chairs had been previously painted, and were flaking,

Very clean, tidy room. We stayed in cheaper block so great value for location

It was all on one floor

Very basic .No Drawers .after staying in Puntazo 11 it was very different

Room was very basic but bed was comfortable, good heating for a cold March night and English news channels on TV, nice upper room with terrace in sunshine. Sadly no heating in bathroom though. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Anne and Pedro. Our dog was welcome. Overall, for a budget room at very reasonable price, we were happy.

No heating in bathroom so too cold to use shower.

Great spot in Mojacar Playa, close to beach and great bars. The hotel is nice, good quality breakfast and rooms competitively priced.

TV didn’t work, I asked reception to have a look and they said somebody would come but they never did and no further communication.

The room was large with a great terrace and super clean. The location was superb.

Nothing really. We had booked the 1 star not realising. The 1 star room was really clean but we wanted a but more space. The staff were great and accommodated our request for a small fee.

Location to the beach, shops, restaurants etc was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, very good value for money, will definitely return.

There was nothing I didn't like about the Hotel.

Thought we had booked in the hotel was very disappointed we were not in the hotel but accross from it . The cleaner didn’t look the dr after clean that was very bad

No grab rail in shower no hooks in bathroom some places need a bit of updating

Fantastic hotel. We were able to take our lovable labrador and they welcomed him. Our room was overlooking the sea with a balcony. The room was basic as we were in Puntazo 1 but it was definitely better than the 1*. It really met our expectations. Sometimes when you take a dog you don't feel welcomed and have a plastic type room. The reception, restaurant and bar area were lovely and clean. Very modern. We used the pool area where there were ample loungers, tables and chairs. Both outdoor and underground car park. Literally across the road from the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The only thing we would have liked was tea/coffee/kettle facilities. It would have been nice to make a coffee and sit on the balcony in a morning. The bar sold lovely coffee, and well priced but it was the inconvenience of having to go to the bar to get it.

Overlooked the sea good parking and nice bar area, couple of good restaurants very near and opposite the bus 1,40 euro to get up to the village

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room.

Bed was a bit hard, but that's probably to do with my age

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff. We had a dog so it was a lovely place to be.

The room was very small and outdated. Worn out furniture, pillows and linen. Poor bathroom

The location is beautiful with a terrace to sit out on while looking at the sea. Plenty of breakfast options and comfortable beds.

Sadly not pet friendly but pet tolerant. Had to sign a disclaimer and pay 10€ a night for our Toy Yorkie. He is tiny, weighing only 7lb. Just noting that the rooms these tiled so no issue if there was an accident. Our boy is house trained so no issue fornus. We have him in a stroller and carry bag most of the time. So not near guests or food etc. Children make far more mess! We had to eat outside on the covered terrace in wind and rain which, came in under the cover. Our breakfast was cold before we got chance to eat it and we got wet. We could have easily been put in the restaurant tucked in a corner away from other guests as our dog was in a stroller and not near the floor or table. Sadly we left a night earlier than planned due to having a heavy cold not to fuel to dog issues. Wouldn't recommend to dog owners. Small room and expensive for beyond basic. No drawers for storage, dirty shower curtain, and corners of room stained and dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable though.

Clean good facilities modern

Breakfast good and plentiful. Location good. Room dated but good no tea making facilities . Staff excellent. Pool nice.

Food excellent when local charity was in then not so good other night

Everything was very good here. We were very happy

The rooms were outdated and too small. There was a chair by the bed for a side table. I think breakfast was expensive for 12 euros

Didn't have breakfast location was excellent
