The facilities had everything we wanted and it was an excellent holiday stay with family

I tried to amend my booking to full board because we had children with us.The hotel informed that as I had booked with booking com it could only be amended by booking com Booking com said I could only be amended by the hotel and the issue was never resolved As a consequence we had to pay for meals separately at the hotel at a cost of over €350.

Fantastic stay, the room, the restaurant, the facilities superb.

The weather was exceptionally wet for the whole of our stay. The water run off needs diverting off the balcony’s as it was running onto the balcony like a high pressure waterfall, very noisy and made for a difficult sleep. As the weather was so bad we took advantage of the covered pool however it’s in a dreadful state of ill repair from a huge hole in the roof and many many leaks in the roof making it extremely difficult to find a dry spot to leave our belongings resulting in our clothes getting a soaking to a very poor floor resulting in dangerous uneven surfaces in desperate need of repair. Sound proofing between bedrooms is very poor.

A large tourist complex designed for mass tourism. The location is right by the sea, and the hotel features an outdoor pool and spacious multi-purpose areas. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

However, the hotel feels more like being in the UK, as most guests are from there. Hotel feels outdated and in need of renovation. We booked half-board, but the food was tailored for mass tourism—bland and far from Mediterranean cuisine. Overall, we didn’t quite feel at home and decided to end our stay earlier than planned.

Great location, right by the beach. Staff are brilliant, very helpful and very friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. Air con wasn’t great. Seems to be a lot of work going on at the moment, with minimal disruption though.

Friendly professional staff. Eager to ensure your stay was enjoyable. Good selection of food at the buffet.

The hotel was lovely and staff very friendly its was Valentine's weekend and it was very busy but everyone was very efficient

Hotel food and staff excellent, especially Diago and his helpers in the restaurant they were great.

Just a bit hectic on certain days in restaurant, when they have coaches come.

Nothing really

The food was disgusting!! Not cheap & they didn't even have butter just margarine! The restaurant has no views of anything! The only nice view is from the bedroom.

Room was very comfortable and shower excellent. Breakfast was amazing with a wide choice, as was dinner on the one night we ate there.

Very clean and modern hotel. Large room. Lots of public space. Very helpful and friendly reception staff.

Next door to the hotel is a very major construction site. This didn't affect stay but customers should be aware on arrival.

The weather and location

Our second floor accommodation with sea view was partly obliterated by heavy work construction to the hotel next door.the car park and view was pallet and pallet with building materials.most of free parking areas were building sites

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, and plenty of choice.

Nothing not to like.

Freshly cooked bacon and eggs from the grill. Sufficient coffee machines with minimal queuing. Always plenty of hot water. Lifts to the room on 5th floor arrived with minimal waiting. The hotel was decorated for Christmas giving a good atmosphere.

Bar prices not all advertised. Bar staff served more expensive drinks unless you asked for the lower price options. Pre registration appeared a waste of time, as there was only one or two persons on reception, dealing with everyone. The pre registered desk was never open. Even though you have booked, you have to re confirm the booking directly with the hotel or the booking is cancelled.

Bedroom was excelent and the staff in general were very good

It would have been nice to have a meal where the hot food was hot

The room and bathroom were spacious with a good size terrace. The food was varied, plentiful and tasty. The stars were the staff, helpful and pleasant.
