Very smart and modern, very clean and staff friendly and professional

Plenty of parking nearby and it was nice that it is adults only

Very limited dining options, basically a large almost windowless room with a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You couldn’t really dine a la carte or alfresco and the buffet options were not great. Luckily we had booked for breakfast only and not full board and we had some great lunches and dinners at beachside and inland places recommended to my a local resident. The gym had good cardio equipment but the workout station needs some professional maintence.

Nice resort with pool and great view from the room. Bus stop into town very close. Great breakfast buffet!

I am disabled and use a mobilty scooter, and found the staff very unhelpful, especially in the restaurant. My room was through a fire door, (impossible to open! on my own), and looked over the road with a bus stop looking onto my balcony. Passengers had a better view than I did! Had to insist they move my room.Many of the doors could not be opened by me on scooter, had to find a long way round or find an elusive member of staff.Not disabled friendly.Quite far from town.

I found the beds a bit firm for my liking, however my wife loved it and had a great sleep

The decoration in the room is beginning to show its age, bathroom needs attention ie sink did not hold water, shower/bath tap loose.

Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

Flight of stairs to go down to reception. Lift for the luggages could not be operated. Location was fine for us as we had a car but could be too far off town without a transport.

Didn’t use the pool,too cold.room was adequate but needs updating.breakfast good especially the honeycomb.

There was no afternoon refreshment like tea,coffee and cakes that we had on a previous stay.

This is a pleasant hotel with a nice outdoor pool and small garden. It is quite elegant especially the lobby and the downstairs bar and lounge area. The food is of good quality but somewhat limited. The staff in the restraunt were generally pleasant and efficient

Reception staff were at best unwelcoming and at worst rude. We immediately felt we had made the wrong choice in coming to this hotel based on the attitude of the receptionist which was more like she was in the army than in frontline hospitality.We even had to ask her for a second key card which she slapped down on the counter with her back to us as she chatted to her colleague. We were presented with a glass of Presceco on arrival, ie standing at the reception desk while we struggled with cases and bags and attempting to access the elevator with no offer of assistance. While the room was as advertised, the balcony was not as it was so small two people couldnt sit comfortably while having the door into the room open. Also we paid for a seaview which when we sat down could not be seen and while standing a large Dome on another building was directly in front of us so that you had to move to one side to actually see the sea We spoke to the manager about our concerns and while sympathic was not particularly helpful.

Air con still in winter mode, which meant we had window open … then were bothered by noisy seagulls

Modern, comfortable hotel. Staff, particularly reception very good.Food, though buffet style, was varied and good quality.

Well kept, clean, spacious and airy and the location was excellent.

The heating / cooling system was a little off as I guess it was during the winter / summer crossover, no one explains so we were a little hotter in the room than we would have liked. Also paying €20 for a checkout an hour and a half later.

The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. We had two rooms with sea views that were both very spacious and clean.

The rooms are a little dated and could do with a freshen up but overall very good.

The staff were all excellent. The waiting staff, the chefs, the reception staff and the spa staff, especially Amalia, she is a great massage therapist and I would highly recommend a treatment (I'm also a massage therapist and she really is great). Food is great, really good value for money, parking is free. What more do you need. They have also made improvements to the small gym downstairs which is great and perfectly adequate.
