Located between the village and the beach—just a 6-minute drive from both—it offers beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains. One section of the estate is inhabited by the owners and other residents, while the other section—which is completely independent—houses the "country house," reserved exclusively for guests. The only shared amenities are the complex's entrance and the parking area, which is clearly demarcated. The house accommodates 8 people, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests. It features 4 bedrooms (3 suites and 1double room), all with private private bathrooms. Those bedrooms (3 suites and 1 double room) are located within the main building; two of these feature private terraces with sea views. The main building also houses the living area, which includes an open-plan kitchen and a fireplace for use during the winter months. All bedrooms come equipped with a private bathroom (one with a bathtub; the others with showers), air conditioning (for both cooling and heating), a TV, and a hairdryer. The property also features a private swimming pool (52 ft²) with sea views, as well as spacious terrace and garden areas, including a dedicated barbecue zone.
