Hotel Punta del Cantal

Very helpful staff, great accommodation, clean and comfortable

Can’t think of anything unlikeable! The location, the vibe, the staff, all top-notch at Punta del Cantal. A mesmerizing sea view right from my room as the cherry on the cake. Special mention to the blond guy and the lady at the reception who were extremely kind and helpful. Would love to go back some other time for sure!

We only stayed one night but couldn't fault anything.

Breakfast was excellent. A really good choice of cereals, fruits, hot & cold selections etc.Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Furniture in the room was dated and a little uncomfortable. It was obvious this is a resort hotel specifically for holidaymakers.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Very quiet. Lovely swimming pool. Nice little bar by the pool. Staff were amazing all so friendly. Room very good size. We had room with the lounge. Breakfast variety very good.

Just found the one long pillow. Would prefer single pillows.

A gentleman on reception was very unhelpful when we approached him regarding a breakfast we'd paid for in advance but we're going to be unable to have it. He was extremely dismissive. In stark contrast, his colleagues were much more accommodating.

Location was brilliant right in the middle if the strip dir restaurants.Breakfast was lovely The pool was nice as well

The location was excellent and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Car parking was available and made easy to use before check-in, the check-in process was efficient and quick.

We had a room at the end of the building with a disappointing view and the overall appearance of the room although very clean was very dated.

Lovely location with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Bedrooms very small and it could do with a more modern look. Pool needs better cleaning. Staff very helpful. Why is the restaurant closed? Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very pretty and just across the road from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to. Our suite was very spacious. Great terrace.

The decor is a bit dated. The sofa was uncomfortable and the bed mattresses were on the thin side.

Reception staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room to a suite. The accommodation was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The mediterranean breakfast was very good value for money and the bar staff gave very attentive service. The hotel is in a central location giving easy access in either direction to restaurants and bars.

The hotel was clean and came with all that you needed.The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.Liked the coffee and tea making equipment.They had music on in the sister hotel.

I had to change the kettle as it was burnt inside.

We had a fabulous stay . Great location-near the beach and lots of good restaurants. Air conditioning was great. Hotel was kept spotless . Day reception staff were so friendly and helpful . Pool was so peaceful!
