    Pros +

    • Great experience, friendly, restaurants were top notch - right on the ocean. small hotel feel. wonderful
    • The great location and swimming pool
    • Friendly helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast buffet plus individual pots of coffee and selection of cook to order items. Sea front walkable area and close to get the bus to go up to the Pueblo. Easy parking.

    Cons -

    • no English speaking channels on TV
    • First night dinner was not good. We did not eat dinner there again. There were shells in the crab soup and lots of bones in an unflavorful small piece of sea bass on top of three small thin potato slices. I kept trying to tell the waitor no bread, (language issues) using hand motions to take it away, and he insisted on leaving it and then we were charged 5 euros for it. We had dinner elsewhere on days two and three.
    • Breakfast was hugely overpriced. Everyone was issued with a pair of bamboo tongs to pick up their selection as there were no serving spoons, in case we took too much food. How do you pick up pomegranate seeds with a pair of tongs? At first this was a joke, but it wore very thin, very quickly. Walnuts, sultanas oatmeal, were served in SMALL jampots. When we arrived there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, with minimal supplies. The 2nd day they were not refreshed and we had to ask for them at reception, the 3rd day we didn't bother, as this was obviously too expensive to do.The cleaner only did a cursory clean of the room each day, and if we didn't hang up a towel in the bathroom, then neither did she.We do appreciate that in the summer it is very hot in Almeria, but not in December. We would have appreciated warmer blankets on the bed, not the thin cotton blankets that we were supplied with. Warm air heating is ok but you cannot leave it on all night as it is too drying.

The room was very spacious, nice balcony & the restaurant was nice. The restaurant staff were great, very friendly and good breakfast

The receptionist that checked us in, was quite rude. Not just typical Spanish bluntness, actual rudeness. Also, the luggage trolley doesn’t fit through the doorways, or the lifts & no offer of any help with our luggage up to the top floor

Very nice hotel. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Parking available. Large balcony on the room we stayed in.

    Limited hours for the pool.

Lovely location for beach and bars and restaurants. No driving required once at the hotel.

Wonderful place to stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower room, and great outdoor patio to relax in the morning sun. It was also nice to have plentiful parking at this hotel with no additional charge.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't quite the typical Spanish warmth so we were not able to enjoy the amenities at the hotel/resort. Would have been nice to spend some time around the pool area. All in all there are not many downsides to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Mojacar, which was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean. The seaview was beautiful. However, the balcony only had a limited amount of sun on it in the morning. Otherwise it was in the shade most of the time. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was nice to have the choice of freshly made eggs (omelettes, fried etc) and bacon in a Spanish hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cold plates for breakfast, very limited choice of cereals. The evening menu was the same every night and also very limited.

Interior design, soft furnishings, outside area . facilities.

Staff , especially in dining room at breakfast. Dismissive , . Not a relaxing experience Food at dinner was very poor . The dish I had was tasteless and poorly presented. Charged for 4 breakfasts on final bill instead of 2 . No apology from receptionist.

The terrece ,the beds ,the shower were fabulous.

Couldn't just buy drinks during breakfast ,had to take morning teas back to the room ,there wasn't information telling you this ,we didn't find room service info .

    9BarryPosted on: 2-9-2025

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable

Very limited food options on the menu in the restaurant

    9AndrewPosted on: 2-6-2025

Hotel was nice clean staff very good

The restaurant didn’t have much of a selection and the pool was closed which would of been nice to know beforehand as wouldn’t of stayed here if we’d known

    8HelenPosted on: 2-1-2025

Location, pádel tennis courts, friendly staff, very comfortable spacious rooms

Tepid coffee at breakfast (both mornings)Agree with previous comments that the restaurant is rather bright and sterile. We are out for the second evening as a result
