It was clean

Several tour bus centre tours at the property they even celebrate for animals for so many people grabbing food. Food was good if she wanted anything the lineup was 20 minutes.

Location

Rooms had a noticeable tobacco smell, and there were poolside parties. To be fair, the hotel organized several activities for guests, and they all ended on time (around 11:30 PM), so it wasn’t a major issue. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet stay, avoid booking a pool-facing room. Some carpets (from the elevator to the room) were not properly cleaned. Also, there is no on-site parking, so you’ll need to find a spot in the surrounding area — it wasn’t too difficult, but the spaces are not very close to the hotel.

the location and access to the beach was great, as well the variety of the food was good

all facilities and rooms are old and definitely need to be renovated

The hotel was probably ok for families on all inclusive, plenty of entertainment, food good.It was the wrong hotel for us but might suit families.

The noise in the restaurant and bar- my ears are still ringing from the noise The bar had many playing machines, pool table and other types of machines. The location was far too quiet with no bar or shops nearby

The staff were excellent.

The dining hall/restaurant was a free for all and incredibly noisy. The food was okay but repetitive (on all inclusive). The bar area was also incredibly noisy. It was raining much of the time so we couldn’t take our drinks outside.

Clean and tidy. Staff at reception very helpful and polite

It was disappointing the entertainment staff only spoke in Spanish, which was isolating.

The views were lovely of the sea. Very comfortable beds. Lots to choose for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

ROOM BASIC BUT CLEAN. ONLY ENGLISH SPEAKING CHANNEL ON TELEVISION WAS FRANCE24. GOOD CHOICES AT BREAKFAST BUT A BIT SHORT ON FRESH FRUIT. EVENING MENU WAS REASONABLE. RECEPTION STAFF VERY HELPFUL.

DEFINITELY SPANISH ORIENTATED HOTEL, LIKE BEST TROPICAL NEXT DOOR. DO NOT CATER WELL FOR ENGLISH OR OTHER TRAVELLING EUROPEANS

The hotel was right on. Each side however we were put in a room with a side street view even though there were so many seats view rooms available.

Very cold atmosphere, a bit dated and set up for volumes of people.

Food was ok

This is a run down hotel in the middle of nowhere. Yes it's facing the beach bit there's nothing around the hotel. Broken tiles everywhere and mouldy areas in the bar and in the room.

Meals adequate yet very variable enjoyed most of it

The noise when hotel is full. That being said its difficult to keep the noise down with Marble floors so you are forgiven !!

the food is not good and always the same, the rooms could be cleaner (under the bed for example). double room don't mean you have 2 rooms just 2 beds. ?

The room was spacious with two double beds. The bathroom was OK but a little tired anworn with the shower over the bath.Reception and lobby area and outside seating areas were very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool with great views of the sea and plenty of sunloungers (too many) left out. Everywhere.

Many parasols around pool were old and damaged. Two parasols being used by other guests flew off as damaged and crashed into me on my lounger. Luckily no one was injured. The restaurant food was not very good and lacked variety. Very noisy with surges of people.The Hotel is located at the furthest end of Mojacar with no amenities or restaurants in close proximity other than the expensive shop onsite or opposite that was rarely open.The first restaurant Baobob, (Argentinian and excellent) was a good 15 minute walk.I hired a car as hotel is too far from everything.

All staff were excellent, the rooms are large with huge beds. The pool area is large with lots of sunloungers.We checked in early which was great.

The hotel was catering for coach parties which we didn't expect and the food although plentiful was not the best that we have had in other hotels in Mojacar.
