The pool, however it was a bit overcrowded. The location in front of the beach is really nice however, the hotel is at the end of the strip, far from better restaurant options. Also, the hotel doesn't offer any services at the beach such as umbrellas, etc

Basic lobby, very long walk to kid's splash pool, packed elevators, overcrowded breakfast, ,deposit required for pool towels.

The Hotel is in a great position, with its own garage if you have a car, but there is free parking on the street

It is so noisy, our room was directly over the entertainment and directly under the restaurant. The noise was horrendous. We had an accessible room which was lovely though did come with a fridge that was I unable to access as it was inside a cupboard that opened to the left and a fridge door opening to the right and hemmed in by the bed making it impossible for me to get to the inside!The restaurant it big and although always easy to get seated getting to the very widespread food stations was like walking round the perimeter of a football pitch.Breakfast was fine no issues. Dinner was very very hit and miss ( more miss than hit) with raw pork screwers to raw pizza bases. Deserts looked delish but all tasted the same. In the end we ate out at local restaurants instead of using the hotel even though we had paid for half board. Would I stay in Mojacar again the answer is Yes but I could not stay at this hotel again due to the noise.

I liked the location of the hotel

That the AC didn't work properly. I stayed in the same room as last year and the AC problems were the same. You could do more to solve the leakeage problems of the AC indoor unit or replace it with a new one.

Hotel was in a nice location,it wás clean and the staff seemed very amenable.

The food was not to my taste probably more to do with me than the hotel But the layout of the dining hall was a bit crazy ,you had to search around different counters (in different parts of the hall) to fill your plate. My biggest bug bear was they had no Tea whatsoever,I had serious withdrawal symptoms.

The hotel was really good, the staff, bar staff ,and room cleaning staff. My husband received a bottle of champagne and cakes for his birthday pp

TV had no English channels yet had spanish, German and french. could definitely do with a kettle in the room. outside lounge bar area was not very clean and tables were sticky

The staff were brilliant, very helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean and the outdoor facilities are good. The entertainment doesn't go until late. There's a nice gift shop on site. The hotel has disabled access, and is in an extremely good location for disabled access to the beach. The car park is very good in size. The gym is very good for a hotel gym. There is nice children's playground and splash pool both with a pirate theme and indoor play area. The views are amazing.

Sadly the main let down at this hotel is the food, breakfast was good, but not so much dinner. The restaurant is badly laid out and the buffet dinner was absolutely chaotic. The food was of poor quality at dinner time. ( The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff very good, breakfast was also good). The layout of the hotel is like a labyrinth! Some clear signage wouldn't go amiss, especially in the carpark.Some of the disabled access could do with a bit more thought. The disabled access rooms were lovely, just the fridge was not accessible and nowhere to put your things in the shower, also a shower seat would be nice, we had to bring the chair from the balcony for my mum to use in the shower. The lifts are very small this makes it difficult not just for wheelchairs but also prams, the main lifts to the pool level a wheelchair etc will struggle to exit! The toilets in the lobby have a disabled cubicle, however the door to get through to the lobby toilets is not disabled friendly!

bar did not have enough staff. always big waiting time. bar closes abruptly and all the lights were turned out. unhelpful staff told me I had to take an alternative route back into the hotel in the dark, no access through the bar area, doors locked. This was every night at 11 pm.food in the restaurant was plentiful, although cold most of the time. I later found out that there were microwave's dotted about.lifts were full or busy, mainly took the stairs.

Warm, friendly greeting on arrival. Excellent location by the beach. Good quality buffet breakfast included in what was a reasonable price.

Fridge in the room contained a complimentary bottle of water but there was no bottle opener.

The location was very good. Reception staff were excellent & explained everything. The room was very clean & we had a fantastic sea view. Everything we needed was provided in the room.

Restaurant staff were not helpful. Tables were not being cleared with finished plates. Food was not being topped up a the counters, a lot of the trays were empty of food. Hot food was cold not being heated properly when on display. Breakfast was not great, bacon, fried eggs were cold, fried tomato tray always empty along with the baked beans. This was around 8.30am not impressed with the service.

room wasn't very clean, hairs on the floor, smears on the mirror, tea and coffee making facilities should be standard for this price, not an upgrade. out door area by mail pool a little scruffy

Food was good,nice and clean rooms.

Staff need to speak English and the kids club was just Spanish so my grandchildren couldn't use it.That was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

The swimming pool is a little small when at full occupancy, the lifts also again at full occupancy

The hotel was nice enough. Location was great, right on the Mojacar beach and close to bars and restaurants.

It was packed, so too many people for the staff to manage. They offered electronic check-in, which i took up. They sold it as 'reducing your time in check-in'. Took 35 minutes to check-in in the end and the electronic check-in had no impact at all. There was no room in the car park to park the car, there is a public car park next door, so I had to pay for that also.

Our room was súper, directly overlooking the beach with a wonderful view

The only small niggle was the hot food at breakfast wasn't hot, especially the eggs.
