Not many bars & restaurants to walk to, Mojacar is more than 20 drive mins end to end, this hotel is closer to Garrucha. Parking was difficult as 3 hotels in same area, didn’t want to move the car if got parked! This was even September!!

The room was very spacious. Good breakfast large pools

The entertainment in the evening was far too loud. Didn’t finish until 11.30 pmDidn’t like kids splashing in the pools either.

Restaurant

Location is great. They have a free parking area and also a preferred paid underground parking.

The staff is not friendly, check in took forever. If you need a pool towel you need to leave a $20 cash deposit at front desk. Hotel is old and not up to date. There are way better options in the area.

The rooms and bathrooms were in a very poor state for a 4 star hotel in need of refurbishment.We were not offered a sea view although at an extra cost we asked to have a sea view. Parking very limited again another added cost not mentioned at reception

The outside pool area

They originally put us road side which was extremely noisy in the evening and early morning garbage collection. We were moved to a quieter room. We left a beach towel in the room and when we asked at reception, the cleaner hadn’t handed it in, so can only assumed kept it. The rooms are basic with no tea/coffee in room. The towels had holes in them.We had breakfast every day which was really good with a choice to cater for everyone.Lastly I would not rate this hotel a 4 star, it’s 3 star.

See view was great,

The entertainment at night was way too loud and went on towards midnight, this was a resting holiday for us but couldn’t sleep. After the music tables where being dragged around making more noise.

Working ac, instant hot water, excellent choice of food in the restaurant, drink prices not extortionate.

The hotel is old and needs a refurbishment. The water in the pool was dirty in the afternoons, the pool area in general was dirty - hair, used plasters… the corridors and the floor in the room were also dirty.

mould and rust in bathrooms in both rooms, furniture in rooms was breaking. Wifi rubbish, dated decor... hotel photos of rooms on your site don't match what we have stayed in

Bad hotel, good place.

Dirty bathroom, bad room. They need to invest on upgrade the facilities and room. Very bad level of people in general.

Swimming pools

Too busy. Certainly no suitable for English holiday makers. Entertainment was only for Spanish. Staff spoke very little English. Entertainment went on too late into the evening, sometimes past 11.30 pm our bedroom was over the stage.

The staff are always friendly as we do go to this hotel quite often. The swimming pools are really good and the grounds are always clean and tidy

The WiFi isn't very good in the room but ok near the reception area. The bathroom probably needs refurbishing

Good food choice. Lovely and clean. Stayed during the Spanish holiday and mainly Spanish so we had a chance to try the language.Slightly quiet area however consistent bus service every 30 minutes right outside hotel.Nice food and drinks bar across the road on beach .

The free parking was a little difficult.
