Hotel Playa

The room was a simple settings, as expected for this price. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel Playa is ON THE BEACH so it was just beautiful. We stayed only one night there and I would recommend to stay there to enjoy the beauty of Mojacar.

Property is located 1 minute walk to local bars/restaurants and beach, parking outside. Aircon in the room also fridge.

Basic, but ok for the price.

We didn’t stay at the property, as it was so bad

The property was a dump, all the walls were damp. The place was filthy. There was no one on reception on arrival. My wife and myself are 76 years old there was steep steps down into the reception area, which are difficult to access with a suit case. We decided that we could not stay there as it was so dirty, we left after 10 minutes and booked into another Hotel

Comfy beds and pillows. The aircon was new and worked great. It was nice to have a bath instead of a shower too. Great value for money

Generally just quite dated outside and the main areas. Would have been nice to have a kettle

The pool wasn’t open and the building as a whole needed substantial remedial maintenance - repainting and re concreting on the shore side. Flooding in one of the rooms during a storm.

Proximity to the beach.Previous visits have been marred by noise from the restaurant upstairs. This visit we heard nothing significant. Hooray

No breakfast available. Very basic accommodation. Requested a double bed. Got 2 single beds. Blankets on the bed. Would not recommend this place to any one

Location is great and the patio is next to the beach.Its clean and quietAnd the price per night is very good.

No breakfast this stay. Last time we stayed here there was breakfast. The WiFi wouldn't reach into our room, I am sure it did last time.Hot water ran out in minutes.

Location on a beautiful beach with only the sound of the surf.

No dislikes. This is a basic, no frills small hotel surrounded by every sort of food and relaxing facilities.

Close to beach

No facilities at all. Even reception was closed was only luck that we managed to book in. Most of property was closed up seemed deralict builders working there. No lights in comunal hall way. No coffee/tea facilities in room. More like hostel than hotel. Tv did not work. Wifi available ??

Right on the beach. Paco was a lovely host. Definitely returning

The only little negativity is the hot water doesn't get hot but we could live with that.
