The hospitality of personel is splendid. Spa area of high quality. Amazing food with exlamation mark put on desserts.

Rooms are on the small side, the biggest disappontment of the stay - it was too late to switch after arrival as the hotel was fully booked. Ski locker also small, not coping with full booking

Perfect location just next to the marivelle 900m ski lift.So nice SPA and outdoor pool. Also the staff were so nice and friendly.Honestly this was one of the best hotel experience in the last years.

The 3 person room was very small and the bed was really short that even my little sister couldn’t fit in.

Great hotel with good spa and indoor and outdoor pool. The evening diner was excellent at the hotel.

The outside of the building looks dated but the inside is updated. Rooms were clean & the restaurant provided dinner & breakfast, both delicious!

The property is a little out of the way but worth the few extra miles.

Restaurante buffet feels a bit cheap and the experience a bit “industrialised”.We had to ask for the music to be stopped at 22:30, super loud in the room.

There were a lot of families with loud kids in the morning. Room close to the elevator might have played its part.

Second year for us in this hotel.Everything was great: staff, cleanliness, spa, food, location.Staff: some of the best I met. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and solving our problems.Spa: great, clean, quiet. Pool is warm, can get noisy with all the kids around. Point of improvement: Would be nice to have a door to step outside in the snow after sauna.Food: Oh my God! The 4 course dinner was excellent! Breakfast the same.

Nothing to complain really :) . There are points of improvement I can suggest:- add thermostatic shower valves, and thermostats to the heating radiators in the room.- organize the parking next to the hotel. Draw some lines, leave notes, because some people really take advantage, parking on more space than needed.- reservation of the ski boot heaters by leaving slippers on racks should not be accepted, but I have no idea how to solve this. Congrats on fixing the ski holders though, they are way better than last year!

The place is very clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve celebrated our honeymoon and they gave us the suite and put flowers and wine in our room.

The hotel has an excellent location, one of the train stations is nearby. There are bike rentals available in the vicinity. We liked everything and would come back again.

I didn't like that during breakfast the water bottle kept running out (only 1 bottle for the entire hotel) and we had to ask the staff to bring a new one. This is not professional. There should be enough water provided for everyone at breakfast.

All the staff was nice , and the breakfast was very tasty .They gave us extras like drinks in the bar and free charge for the car. Everything we needed was handled with a smile. Mr. Ravelli and his son are the best ☺️

Clean rooms, very good breakfast, exceptional dinner restaurant and friendly stuff.Location is great for ski as it is right across ski Gondola

Not many options for going out nearby in the evening

- Rooms are clean- Staff are friendly and available to accommodate clients' request- The restaurant is friendly and serves good quality food with interesting presentations- Excellent breakfast - Very close to the cabin way to Marilleva 1400- SPA area and pool are well maintained and not too crowded- Nice clubhouse for kids to spend time and play with games

- Some rooms are just above the disco bar area, which casts very loud music from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. If you are planning to rest or have young kids I suggest checking with the hotel before making reservations to make sure you get a quiet room. Would not go back again unless reassured on the point. - Groups from NL were drinking and celebrating all the time which was fun, but a bit too much noisy in the dining area

Great location (just in front of the skilift to Marilleva 1400), great staff (always helpful and polite), great breakfast (a lot of local food but also the "standard" stuff), great wellness side (Turkish and Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, hot swimming pool) and a very good "after ski" place with nice music.

The room could have been a little bit bigger but I have to say that it was anyway satisfactory. The only real "minus" of the hotel is, from my point of view, the bad WIFI.
