Hotel Le Léman

Very surprised by the quality of the service. The whole building was really well insulated so we couldn't hear the cars passing outside. Room was good and we were able to heat it up well. View from the family room was very nice. Breakfast was beautifully arranged and had a lot of variety, well appreciated :)

Some smell in the corridor and staircase, but probably just temporary, and isolated to those places.

The staff was helpful, the hotel was immaculately clean and breakfast had something for everyone.

We are traveling in low season via bicycle, there were no restaurants open in the area for dinner. Check in is 4:00 we arrived at 130 and there is no local establishment for coffee and lunch to wait in. No real fault of the hotel itself just a warning.

Super friendly staff. The rooms are modern and very neat. The view can be beat. Bike trail is right behind the facility and nice, safe space for the dog to run. Private beach access to the lake. Convenient parking right across the street from the hotel. Perfect location for one or two nights stops.Though, if you’re sensitive to the road noise, just keep your window closed is the solution as the hotel built with solid sound proof. Breakfast is simple in a very beautiful dinning room. It would be great if this place has a restaurant for guess otherwise required to get back in your car to find your meals.My pup and I stayed in a very spacious room in the first floor, room Lavoux. It was without balcony but with full view of the lake. We were very please with the set up Camille had done for us.The staffs worked together seamlessly. Camille was very kind and responsive. Marie and her team were super helpful, thoughtful and friendly.

Highly recommended to bring your own wifi as the wifi there can disappoint you. Would love to see the bath towels be upgraded to accompany this beautiful facility and the kind, helpful staffs.

Staff was amazing, Cami was great and very helpful all the time. Rooms were very spacious and confortable, we had view to the mountains and it was great ! Location was perfect ! Amazing stay ! Highly recommended !

The hotel is small but very beautiful and with good services. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The employees are very kind and always helpful to the customer. The rooms, shower and toilet are clean, the noise from outside is well isolated. The restaurant is also really nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

We found casually this jewel at the lake. It looks very quiet and comfortable with a wonderful view on the Geneva lake. The hotel Le Léman remains very close to Evian and mainly to Montreux, where you can discover the magic Christmas atmosphere during the market period (end of November and December). Well linked to everywhere with a free parking you can enjoy the kindness of the staff. I will return there for sure.

We really liked the hotel. We came for two nights but extended for another 2 nights. The girls at the reception and at breakfast were very polite and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and cozy. We will definitely come back.

Lovely little hotel with balcony. Could see the mountains and the lake.

No good restaurants near by, or no parking available if you found a restaurant.

Great view and delicious breakfast buffet and very friendly and hearty personnel! We also had a chance both for an evening and morning swim on the private beach just opposite to the hotel.

The air conditioning did not work, we were told that it had just broken.

The best part is the private entrance to the lake!

Location is perfect! We didn’t want to stay in Ch for triple the cost. This location is just perfect

We booked 4 rooms with balconies and lake views. Only two rooms were forward facing. One room had a balcony on the side of the building with a restricted view, the other room had a balcony on the back of the property, with only a restricted lake view from one of the windows. All 4 rooms were the same price, but very different. When we asked for what we booked and paid for, the host refused bluntly to make any changes or issue any discounts and blamed Booking.com for the mix up. There is also quite a lot of road noise at night from the main road outside.

Poor WiFi and bed linen could have been fresher.

Warm welcome and help with our bags which was good. Bedroom had stunning views over the lake. Comfy bed and breakfast was good and plentiful. There was a small private beach and pier over the road and with more time we would perhaps have taken a picnic down there.

The main road was a bit noisy at times but ear plugs were supplied. Our room was very hot and we had no instructions of how to adjust the air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open.
