Upon check in I did a quick check of the room. I discovered that the bathroom had multiple hairs inside the bathtub and on the side of it. The linen was also heavily stained on the bed. Nothing was done for me even after speaking with management.

When I got to my room, I realize it smelled like smoke. I called the front desk and was told that I had been put on a smoking room list because the last time I stayed, the room was smoke in which is not true. I was very upset and at the time a supervisor

Upon check in I did a quick check of the room. I discovered that the bathroom had multiple hairs inside the bathtub and on the side of it. The linen was also heavily stained on the bed. Nothing was done for me even after speaking with management.
