The location of the property is fantastic. Great views of the ocean and very attractive property and very spacious apartments.

The property is in need of maintenance. The apartment we stayed in had paint peeling and flaking in a few locations and the furniture is past its lifespan. It’s a fantastic property that needs some renovations and new furniture to get it back to a high level of quality.

The view of the ocean

It was difficult to find even using navigation. No wifi connection, bathroom shower knob fell off. I had to use the bathtub. I was disappointed because I was referred to this hotel by family / friends.

The apartment was clean and spacious.

The restaurant facilities were closed, there was an extra charge for our pet even though the property is supposed to be pet friendly, and extra charges also applied if you wanted to use their indoor pool facility. Property a fair distance from Nazare, so it felt quite remote.

Proximity to the beach

There was no restaurant despite it being advertised on the website restaurant was only open for functions- weddings. Poor quality of poolside furniture especially the sunshades. Outside bar area was not open.

The property itself was lovely, very quiet and secluded which was exactly what I needed. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and cafe. Nice and safe place to wander around. The staff were lovely, helpful and on hand if you called them. The gym was small but good for weight training, some machines didn’t work but if you’re happy with free weights then lovely to train with a nice view. The area was kept nice, lovely pool, plenty of Sun-loungers, and clean, spacious apartment. Nice area to relax, read and admire the views. Sunsets were stunning!

A real shame but no facilities at all. The restaurant and bar looked lovely with great views but not open. Only options for food was the Portuguese version of Uber eats or a local supermarket. I visited the supermarket every day to grab food to cook myself and water. No where to even grab a snack or a drink. I love exercise so I was fine and enjoyed the walks but very hilly if you don’t.

It was right by the ocean. It was very clean. Needed a few repairs but nothing that caused us discomfort.

I felt that charging extra for the pool was a bit petty considering we were there for two weeks and paid a considerable amount of money.

Not good, restaurant wasn’t open, the pool was very cold and the bar by the pool was not open, the bathtub had a big crack that was poorly fixed, no hand soap by sinks, outside lights not good, you have to have a car or take a taxi everywhere, there was hardly ever anyone in the reception. bugs everywhere.we ordered a time in the spa 2 hours prior and nothing was on when we arrived and no rope, jacuzzi and sauna was cold and dirty, pool was 18 c so not nice.

bed mattress too hard, interior of flat hold, dated and in poor condition. we notice the bath spas was removed and the marks of the previous spas were left behind including the silicone.walls were kinked and dirty. hairdryer was melted and left in place with a replacement in a box which didn’t work. On the last day we lost electricity all together, looked to be general cutout. Wardrobe door did not open properly. Very rarely anyone in reception. We had to call with a foreign phone to ask for attention. A bit of a disappointment for supposed 4 start location.Cleaning person would change bed and towels but not clean the dust

Nice apartment with a view on the sea. Apartment with good facilities.

Because we were visiting outside the season, everything was closed and it looked like a little ghost town.

Beautiful facilities and super comfortable apartments. We only stayed for a night but I wish we stayed longer. Staff extremely friendly and provided us with a beautiful breakfast basket.

Beach views, lovely clean apartment, right by the pool!

As we stayed out of season the restaurant wasn't open - no criticism to the hotel, as I would recommend it 100% and would stay there again!!

The location is perfect, but not easy to walk to the beach with kids, too dangerous to access. But driving to the nearest beach is easy. Staff is friendly and the apartment was great.

Price is too expensive for the location/ services.

The property was comfortable and good value for the amenities.

All the machines (bike, elliptical, jogger, etc were not working). Also l, the Cocoons are old and need to be replace.

Staff is remarkably diligent and kind. Rooms are really spacious and the beds are comfortable. Sea is really close, so that you can see it and feel the breeze of it all the time, then the climate couldn't be more relaxing!

Both bathtubs of our apartment had leaks, resulting in a wet bathroom after every shower. Not a big issue, but still not good for a four-star hotel.

Our Villa was well designed and spacious, with everything you might want for a comfortable, independent stay in any season. the cleaning was to the highest standard. I loved having a fireplace for the chilly autumn nights, although the place was kept cosy and warm. the staff couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. We hiked down to the beach, which is a bit further than we imagined. But it made for a more interesting adventure where we got to better appreciate the stunning nature of this coastline.

As we were there off season, the communal facilities were shut down for renovation work. The staff made up for this by delivering anything we needed yo our Villa at no additional cost.
