Breakfast was we expected(may some berries,as fruit)would have been good.

Just the street was a little bit noisy,otherwise ok.overall we enjoyed staying in that town,small,quite,as we like

Rooms are very small. I did take a double room just for me and it felt ok, but on the smaller side, so keep that in mind. + I didn’t like the fake plants. Everything is so nicely designed and they just feel off.

It is closed to the road, but not a bug deal.

The hotel was spotless and very cosy. The design is unique featuring light colors. The hotel is small but has a large area on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen and dinning lounge. We loved spending evenings in it. We visited in January, so the heating in the room and all other spaces was really helpful.

Receptionist friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Furnishings and decor of a superior quality. beautiful lounge/ breakfast area. fresh, very generous breakfast. In a good position just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

This place is immaculate. It has just opened in 2024. The décor is very stylish, the rooms beautifully clean. Breakfast was really fresh and tasty. The highlight was the helpfulness/friendliness of the staff.

The accommodation was really clean and cute. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast excellent, as well as the location!

Place has only been open 1 month, but it was clear that a lot of effort has gone into the interior design and alot of attention to small details.Staff could not have been more helpful and service was fantastic

Beds were comfy but pillows a bit hard. Although the interior design is superbly simplistic, perhaps some curtains would help as with just blinds quite alot of light gets in and so on a sunny day you are liable to get an early wake up!

We loved our stay at Captain Cook Ahoy, would have liked to stay for longer than just one night. The place looks quite new and is nicely decorated. Our room had everything we needed (with a very comfy bed). We didn't get a chance to use the common areas since our stay was short but a huge value add if you're booking for a longer period.I really liked their approach to breakfast - they asked to select what we'd like to eat the night before so everyone gets what they order and there's no waste. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

The place is brand new and they make extra effort to make guests feel comfortable. I loved the decor, the cozy vibe, the music and the breakfast. Everything was spotless. Out of all the places I have been during my holiday in Portugal of similar value this was the best.

Newly renovated with great design, we felt amazing here. Everything is new, clean, and fresh. The shared dining room with the kitchen was excellently equipped and available for use at any time. Excellent breakfasts made to order. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The building is on the main street so it was a bit noisy at certain sleeping times.

The location is good, 2-3 minutes from the beach, local shop just 1 min. Common kitchen with the possibility to cook.

Next to the road, at night hard to sleep because of the constant noise of the cars/people. Extremely poor sound isolation from the rooms (however we were lucky and majority of the time the other guests respected silence rules).
