It has big rooms and huge garage. It's next to the highway so perfect for traveling. Breakfast is good and for dinner they have decent selection

They don't have anywhere to have a coffee or any sort of drinks or food. Restaurant is open from 19 till 22h and that's it.

Everything was excelent,very clean,breakfast table had alot to offer for everybody.Parking within hotel is great and Trieste is very near.I would recommend everyone who is traveling if you can have a break in this hotel.

We have been to this hotel before, and while the position is very good (close to the Italian border and to the highway) and the room is spacious, there is not much to say that could hide the progressive decay of the structure.

The price is absolutely inadequate to the level of the rooms and the breakfast is extremely basic. The presence of the "casino" makes this place cheap looking considering it is just slot machines aiming for elderly customers with a gaming dependance, who often arrive in buses. The rooms seem to be built in two different times: the "cheaper" ones look worn down. We had one of these, with a bathtub instead of a shower: the carpet had numerous stains, the towels are due for a replacement, the products in the bathroom are of the cheapest kind. The hotel does not have a luggage trolley. Again, at the price requested, this is a bare minimum.

The staff vas very accommodating! We arrived late in the evening, but still received us in the restaurant.Food was good and the room was spacious and clean.

Nice hotel with good breakfast…Few km to Trieste and Slovenian coast…

There are plenty of free parking lots. The staff was very friendly and assisted us when we needed to change the room due to broken ventilator. We had delicious fish for r´the dinner and excellent brekfast with huge choice of hot and cold meals.

There is nothing special around the hotel, only highway and storehouses. The ventilator in one room was broken but the hotel changed the room immediately so nothing really to complain about.

Safir Hotel Casino has a perfect location if you want to be close to Trieste. It is close to the motor way and yet it is not noisy. The rooms are spaciuos, we even had a coffee machine and water free of charge. Breakfast was ok, with a limited choice of savoury and sweet products. In general we were satisfied with the hotel. It is just 20 minutes away from Trieste, near Opicina which has spectacular views over Trieste and its gulf.

Breakfast could have had more versatile choice, but was satisfactory.
