    Pros +

    • Best location ever + included nearby multi story parking with free shuttle transfer. Perfect, if you arrive by car, but want to be in the very center. Fantastic staff, fantastic location, fantastic view out of the window. And the price is ok. What's not to like?
    • Location and staff were outstanding. Great town but way too crowded with tourist. The small town was overwhelmed with tourists and it made the experience less enjoyable. September has now become just another August in Italy.
    • The daily breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we had on our trip! The rooms were very clean and had beautiful views of the lake. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops around us. There is a back door for guest entrance to avoid walking through the restaurant each time which we thought was very convenient. The entrance through the restaurant includes a small winding staircase so we found the back door that enters on the 2nd floor right by the elevator was super nice when moving our roller bags around.

    Cons -

    • Check-in was slightly confusing and frustrating. There are two "INFO" parking spots to the left of the information booth that we missed due to the busy traffic around the parking garage. We found a parking spot in the garage and were able to move our car out within the free 15 minute period after we got our parking card from the man at the info booth. However, the man we worked with was rude and seemed annoyed that we had already entered the garage and needed to move our cars. While my husband and dad went to re-park the cars with the new parking cards, I was to load the luggage on the electronic cart. When I arrived to the cart to load the bags, two employees were sitting on the cart and hopped off as they saw me approach. I assumed they were hopping off to help with bags as all other hotels we had been at offered assistance but instead they said nothing to me and just stared as I loaded the luggage of 6 people. I am a young female (writing on my husband's account) and while I am capable of loading the bags, I found it very rude that they sat and watched me do it by myself while smoking a cigarette. I was especially frustrated when my 85yr old grandparents tried to help and the men continued to sit and watch. The original parking attendant came in at the end to help after almost everything was loaded and rolled his eyes and acted annoyed which was not professional in my opinion. There was only room for one person on the cart so I rode over with the bags and waited for my family to join me. Once we got to the hotel, I was told to check-in at the bar but when I went up to check-in, they said hello and then went back to work. I stood there waiting to check-in but no one helped me so I felt very in the way. Finally, a very nice woman informed me they were waiting for the other guests to arrive so we could all check-in at the same time. Once we were checked in, the staff were very kind and helpful.
    • Please get black out curtains or shutters!! By 5am in the summer, it is light in the room, and heat rises quickly. Also, be aware that the elevator only connects the middle 3 floors. You still have to climb a set of stairs to get to it, and another after getting off in order to reach the top suite. Staff were great helping with luggage, though.
    • The room window didn’t have any blinds/shutters (only a thin white curtain) so the room got bright very early in the morning.

Super friendly, helpful staff! Good size suite with private balcony on top floor. Good WiFi (on 4 of 7 days). TV with internet options. New coffee and water daily. Excellent breakfast. Free parking easy to access (vice normal 25 euros/day). Free ride with luggage to/from garage. Extra pillows.

Please get black out curtains or shutters!! By 5am in the summer, it is light in the room, and heat rises quickly. Also, be aware that the elevator only connects the middle 3 floors. Location and view are amazing, right in the middle of the town. They have a multi-seater golf cart that will pick you up and your luggage from the parking area since it’s not directly by the hotel. The breakfast and coffee were good.

The room window didn’t have any blinds/shutters (only a thin white curtain) so the room got bright very early in the morning.

Great location , friendly staff, spacious room

The bed is not very comfortable. It made noises as you rolled around. Should get better bed frame. Not sure I could sleep more than 3 nights on that bed.

    Very bad experience.

They are not clear with many things, such as parking, hotel entrance, and response to customers. They are not cooperative. I had to find a new hotel and pay for both of them!

Good breakfast.Friendly staff.Good locationLake view from the window.Clean.

There was only 25cm from the bottom of the bed to the wall at its closest point.

very good breakfast, the location and view

We had a very nice time at the Suite. Perfect view, very clean and very friendly staff. Thank you.

Location is outstanding. The pick up from the car park by electric golf cart is a genius method to avoid the narrow streets and crowds. Bags are taken with you from car to door and back again - excellent service.

Nothing - the location is stunning.

perfect location for romantic vacation with an amazing sea view, friendly services and great breakfast in a wonderful atmosphere

Really nothing to complain. Only the bed was noisy.

    9AleksandraPosted on: 10-16-2024

Very nice breakfast, super friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly located and the shuttle vehicle from the parking is very helpful if you are coming with the luggage. Charming place, great view on the lake, especially on a sunny day.

Great location, clean room, nice breakfast

The bed position is really weird and you have little space between bed and wall and we hurt ourselves in the corner of the bed multiple time. The manager definetly should do something about it

It’s a newly renovated small hotel. I believe every room has lake view. We were there in later September. It’s low season. Very quiet and peaceful.

Everyone was very nice. We had the apartment in the roof top and it is amazing!

Everything is very good. The location is right in the center and close to the boat stations. It can also be very crowded because of it.

Our room with a lake view reminiscent of times past was charming. It was simply appointed, but had everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

There is no lobby, but there is an indoor/outdoor restaurant with delicious pizza.

Modern and clean in the heart of the town

Hot water was a bit inconsistent in the morning.

    10SophiaPosted on: 9-10-2024

Beautiful views/surroundings and perfectly central to everything we needed!

A bit difficult to find the location, unaware the access was through the bar/restaurant

Super view, delicious breakfast, clean and modern room
