Everything was amazing , location, view, and staff were cooperative for everything you asked.

The location StaffCar parking but it should be free for the residents they offer free parking for the people come direct to them not thru booking.com

The property was great, beautiful location. We had a very nice view outside of our room. They served a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a parking ramp attached to the property so that was great for us.

The rooms had a more modern/sterile style. The beds were pretty firm.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. Easy car parking under building.

There was a blue light on the wall above TV (assume wifi router) which was so bright and disrupted sleep.

- Staff not professional at all except Roberta and Sergio who were helpful- Rooms dirty. No towels, no soaps, no shampoo. Covers of the beds were not changed on daily basis.- Insects in the rooms and plenty of ants- No reception - I don’t know how it is a 4* Hotel. Not more than 3*.- Too much expensive for what they provideAvoid it !

We liked that it was a relatively small hotel. It was relaxed and peaceful. Guests were considerate of each other. Small team of staff were friendly, efficient and unobtrusive.

I rented this room because it was one of of only a few that had air conditioner. And then when we got there, they said they don’t turn the air conditioner on until 1 June..

Highly recommend the Garda Suite Hotel! Location - lakeside with stunning views, 10 minute walk to the lake front with lots of restaurants, shops, boat hire and gelato! Handy supermarket for all essentials is a 5 minute walk away too! Approx 1hour 30min drive from Verona airport. Staff - incredibly friendly and kind, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast - lots of choice, all fresh and high quality. Pastries, bacon, eggs, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices and more! Coffee is great too! Room - very modern, spotlessly clean, spacious and a private terrace with sun loungers and lake views! The shower does flood the bathroom a bit though. Really comfy bed and a mini fridge and safe in the room too. Facilities - lovely outdoor pool area with sun loungers and lake views, indoor pool available at the hotel opposite! Underground parking garage, €10 euros a day. Outdoor seating for breakfast/ drinks with a well stocked bar too!

The room is big, clean, with a great view to the lake. The hotel has parking which is a must there. The hotel is closed to center. You can walk. If walking is too much, for a certain age fie ex, having to climb on your back to hotel, then go till down by car and they have 2 parking, big spots for parking next to the lake. The staff is nice but they speak only German and Italian.

Our room : had heating only in the bathroom, which was great, but in the room the air conditioning / heating didn't work, as well as the room card. Save box didn't work, too. The breakfast few options to choose from, and every day are the same.

Location is perfect. The staff Amazing service. Lovely cheery feel about the place.

The car parking marked spots are so small - find for a very small car. The lift to and from reception from carpark was out of order.

Loved staying here it was amazing! Perfect location only a short walk down the hill to the centre. Beautiful views of the lake from our room and a bonus of having a hot tub on the terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great. We're already talking about coming back soon.

I would say that the view is fantastic and everything is very close nearby. What I didnt like is that there is no lobby since that is the restaurant, and the entrance to the room is from an exit door. The room is very basic but has a small piece of garden where is enjoyable to stay. Lemone is a very small town but from there you can visit other towns around Lake Garda.

That it is very basic. I wouldnt book for a long stay when you are looking to relax in your suite. I find the offer poor but it depends on your own scale of values. Beautiful location close to restaurants and food. A good base to get all around the lake via ferry or car.

Very good location

The WiFi was almost none in our room all the time. To have a good or great WiFi is a must to day. The G4 on my Iphone did not get connections in 80% of the room.

The Swimmingpool needs a modification-

Good location - close to town but great views from the rooms.The outdoor pool was fine and quiet during our stay.Access to indoor pool and spa which looked great although we didn’t have time to use them.

The rooftop has synthetic grass but was all torn up and weathered. Shame to spoil what was otherwise a great view of the lake and mountains.The indoor poor / spa is across the road. Not the end of the world but something to be aware of. At the outdoor pool are quite near the road so can hear the traffic and most seating faces away from the lake.

Key card stopped working and we had to manage with only one key. Luckily there was also a traditional one.
