Hotel Villa Grazia

For my needs, this was the best value for money and an amazing experience in Limone. Some elements that are super important for me and the property delivered: - very good location (close to the promenade area leading to the center and the beach - next to a river with stunning mountain views around)- super clean (even if the private bathroom is outside the room, it was very clean, hot water etc) - I could lock the door with a key- one of the best/most balanced breakfasts I have ever had in Italy (eggs, vegetables, cheese, olives + great watermelon and pastry/delicious bread + coffee) - kept me full for many hours; PS: ham + yogurt were also available, but I am not eating- good value for money considering it is summer in Limone - the accommodation rates are crazy-BestOne restaurant reccommendation and 10% discount - one of the best restaurants in town and 4 mins away from this villa

Things that I have read before and was aware about - which personally I didn't mind and didn't influence the overall positive review - but will mention them for others, to make their choices according to their needs:- the room doesn't have AC - only fan on top of the ceiling- the room is noisy from the fan system/river - continuously - again, I knew about it and I didn't mind

The location is perfect. Just a little walk of around 10 minutes to the centre is fine with me. A stroll next to garda lake wich is nice.. going to the centre. No complains about that.The people working at the hotel were kind to me. Available for questions or a talk. I made a reservation on a certain date. Twice i changed the date which did not lead to any problems.

I had a room which was warm. So i open the window. By doing that i had a lot of noise of the background high way. Which i read about of other people staying at the hotel.That is why i took my earplugs with me. This helped cause i was able to sleep well.At the breakfast you had some choice to make which was nice. I like to drink orange juice but now it had a taste, to me it wasn't that pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient, and the staff friendly.

The bathroom was small and the parking was tight.

Fabulous location away but only a short walk from the hustle of the town centre. Great for those seeking more natural attractions. Meals on the deck with glorious view.

Really excellent breakfast, the staff were lovely, and the hotel was very nice with a view of the water and city. It is a bit of an uphill walk to arrive at the hotel, but how else would you get the view! It was also nice to be away from the central downtown tourist area. There is a lovely river side walk right outside, belwo the hotel, that takes you right to the beach. Overall excellent stay in Limone!

The room (particularly th bathroom) was smaller than expected, but was very comfortable, and with A/C and a balcony. There is ample privacy and comfort at this stay.

Check-in was really slow and it seemed like the host was drunk. The room was nice and clean and with aircon. Breakfast had a good selection.

Friendly welcoming staff who took time to explain where to park and how to get around. The room was clean and as expected for the price. The view from the hotel is beautiful and we found the small stream running next to it easily accessible and made the walk down to the beach/lake side much more enjoyable.

Not the hotels fault but I found Limone sul Garda itself very tourist heavy and wouldn't recommend if you want authenticity from your stay in Italy.

The beds were of good quality and we slept well. Breakfast good (but coffee and milk was poor - UHT milk) location very good but there’s no escaping the traffic, but the fast flowing stream helped drown city noise out. The hotel was nicely decorated and the views from the balcony were fantastic.

Using the toilet in the bathroom was very challenging as it was wedged between the shower and the wall (had to place one foot in the shower tray to do no.1, doing a no.2 was very challenging!) very few clothes hangers which were of poor quality and a mismatch of wired hangers and poor quality “found” hangers. May seem petty but that sort of thing really annoys me. The fan didn’t work.

Great location,friendly and smiling staff,beautifull view over the lake.The best sleep you will ever have listening to the sound of the river which is few metters away.Safe parking as well.

If you are over weight taking shower can be a challenge.

Wonderful balcony view with a great breakfast to start the adventure. Traveling solo by motorcycle and the had nice secure parking. Friendly and pleasant folks. Thank you.

We stayed 3 nights, small cozy place, rooms are tiny but I guess it’s reflected in the price. Nice view from the balcony, quiet place, friendly staff. Check out is early 10am but we asked if we could get complimentary 11am and lady kindly agreed, and also offered us complementary espresso, which is nice. Short walk to town, beautiful waterfall just outside the hotel. I would recommend for short stay as for longer room is quite small.

Loved our stay here. We were only here for 2 nights but we managed to squeeze a lot in! The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the center of Limone so a really convenient location. Just outside the hotel is a stream that you can walk alongside either down to the lake or up into the mountain, which has some beautiful walks & views. On the lake it looked like there was a SUP/Water sports hire however it was a bit out of season during our visit. Beautiful shops and no shortage of places to eat in Limone! We also took a trip across the lake to Malcesine for the day via the ferry, which had plenty of shops to mooch through, a castle to explore and if you want there's a cable car that can take you up into the Monte Baldo mountain. Our room had the most stunning lake view and was very clean and tidy. Plenty of options for breakfast too, including cold meats, eggs, pastries, toast, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, juices etc.

Great views over the lake, from the right room. Clean and reasonably modern inside the rooms. Breakfast had a good selection.

Rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom which is tiny. Building itself is a bit dated but more than adequate.

Great location with private parking, breakfast included, pretty close to Lago di Garda, nice stuff

Very small room and even smaller bathroom. We were accomodated in the building next door, not directly in the villa. It was not worth the money.

Nice hotel in good location. Quiet rooms and good beds. Recommend.

Great staff, a man named Fiorè (excuse the spelling if incorrect) is a top lad, very friendly and welcoming. Other staff were nice too. Me and my friend are cyclists and had an absolutely marvellous time. Really liked the place and would be happy to return.

Rooms and bathroom are abit on the small side but we were expecting that. After all, we were there for the lake rather than the hotel. Overall no complaints at all.

The area is brilliant the view was great.

Room size TINY.Noise levels of the scale.Either the hotels sound system next door until 1am or the rooms on same floor ie using toilet!No fridge or kettle but 2 chairs that you can't use as room is that small

Friendliness of the staff. Very good location.The room was simple, but equipped with everything one needs. I liked the sound of the river heard inside the room.

The bed could have been more comfortable.Electric kettle could have been a plus.

Very good location. View on the lake and mountains superb. Peaceful location and surroundings. Loved it.
