There was an undidentifiable smell in my room . . It got better during the stay but first two nights it was quite bad

Very nice Hotel, professional staff.

Pillows were very small and cheap. No air conditioning this time of year. Room was 75 degrees.

The bed was not comfortable at all, the room had no amenities (very limited amenities most of things are out of stock), the receptionist was not friendly and flexible, the breakfast was very bad

The internet was very bad and hard to get any service. Also dinner is very expensive and if you want to go eat with your kids you must leave the hotel.

Everything was please the scenic views, the room and the staff. As well as the breakfast provided. It was a joy being there.

On a positive note, I want to sincerely thank Lucas, one of the waiters, for his exceptional service. He was friendly, polite, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not fully satisfactory. The bathroom towels had a very unpleasant smell — it honestly felt as if they hadn’t been washed with proper soap and water, and the odor was similar to fish. I reported this to the reception, but even the replacement towels they provided had the exact same smell.Additionally, during breakfast, I asked the waitress for extra boiled eggs for my young son as there were none left at the buffet. To my surprise, she told me the buffet was already closed — even though it was only 10:20 AM, which is still within the official breakfast hours.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Parking was easy and convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and family friendly.

The booking photos showed a higher floor, but our room was ground level behind the sunbeds. This took away from the experience of enjoying the view.

The view is nice, the swimming pool looks nice, and the towels bag in the room for swimming The bar/cafe service was Excellent!!!!! They are so nice!

The reception service is bad, they didn't tell us that the price includes a free shuttle to the center by ordering from 10 AM to 7 PMThe reception service was the worst, and the room cleaning was the worst ever! They cleaned the cups in the toilet!!!!! And the bed is uncomfortable! It's too small! It looks like a kid's bed! The hotel is really old and not fit for anyone who can’t walk and go up the stairs, they didn't tell us!And the car valet is a joke! He came to us and gave us the keys and said the car is close go get it by yourself!!!! It's a 3 stars hotel with 5 stars prices

Warm and Pleasant StayThe staff were really friendly and made me feel at home throughout my stay. The hotel itself was great — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the center, so having a car is quite helpful. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my time there.

Maybe there should be some kind of shuttle service to the center .

- Air Conditioning system was not working in the room. The reception says it is disconnected for the entire hotel because it is weather is cold and you do not need air conditioning. They told me to open the room slide door. When I open the slide door, it becomes noisy and sun light gets in the room which is very discomforting. - they do not have English TV stations in the hotel room. Only Italian and German.- The hotel only provides free water in the first day. Other days, you have to pay for water. - Internet speed is Slow. - Breakfast was the only good thing and Thanks to Mr. Walter for the excellent service and always carry a nice smile.
