Hotel Garden Limone

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, nice pool, very kind and friendly staff, very good location.

The rooms are a bit outdated but that was not a problem because everything was nice and clean

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Garden, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations, due to the exceptional service provided by the staff.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. Whether it was answering our questions, offering recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, their attentiveness and professionalism were truly impressive. Special thanks to Andrea. :) What stood out the most was how the team made us feel like valued guests. They were not only efficient in their duties but also took the time to add personal touches. It's clear that they take great pride in their work, and this is reflected in the care and attention they give to each guest.In a world where good service is often hard to find, the staff at Hotel Garden truly shine. Their dedication and warmth made our visit special, and we can't recommend them highly enough.It's also clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, as the room was always tidy and clean.The hotel is located just 8 minutes from the centre of Limone which is also a huge plus!

Breakfast was what we would expect coffee not very good from a machine not freshly made.

Would of expected fresh Italian coffee in the morning not instant. I live in Italy have never had such bad coffee

The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Limone an close to the lake. The room is cosy with good air conditioning and a balcony with a view of the lake. The room is close to the pool which is well maintained, pleasant and quiet.The staff are excellent. I was taken ill during my holiday and they looked after my wife whilst I was in hospital and took care of issues I could not deal with. Great view of the lake from the restaurant balcony.

It is difficult to fault. If you want a small friendly personal hotel this is it. The TV is a little small. car parking is a little tight.

10 am check out is just not a good strategy, no one wants to wake up early on holiday, bad bad way of running a hotel. They started cleaning and shifting furniture really early in the morning and wake us up which ruined the whole stay for us.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, rhe dinner had a good choice.

No lift, no fridge in room.

Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and the view from my balcony was incredible

The room was extremely small, I booked a single room but there were two single beds which can’t be pushed together so there was not a lot of space left in the room. Could also do with a light on the balcony. And the bathroom wasn’t very clean unfortunately

We stayed at the hotel at the end of July and we were impressed with very friendly personnel! We got a super friendly and helpful receptionist (a middle-aged woman); a professional and funny waiter also made every meal special for us and other guests. It was pleasant to see people doing the job the liked, or so it looked) They had a personal touch with every quest, as far as we could see. A rather good breakfast at the hotel - we got a variety of pastry, sausages and cheese, ommelette, fresh veggies etc. The room was neat and had all we needed for the stay. We also had a small balcony overlooking the garden and partly the lake. The location of the hotel is also great - it's just a few minutes walk to the center of Limone, a few minutes walk to the public beach - a very wide and clean. The hotel is great in case you are travelling by car, because it's just on the side of the trunk road around the lake, so you can jump in the car and drive away any time, without driving through narrow and steep streets. There is also a small swimming pool, but we didn't swim there - we would always go to the lake.

Well, we really liked a lot about the hotel and the services... Maybe only a few small things - there is a coffee/tea time between 16 and 17 with 'cakes'. A good gesture, but do not expect a variety of cakes and pastry. There will be one or two types of plain cookies) and coffee/tea. We stayed at the hotel for dinner once (and it was delicious!), but the downside is that you have to order a complex dinner upfront. It would be great if you could order a-la-carte, because we wanted to eat at the restaurant again, but did not really see anything interesting on the suggested complex menu that day.

Too expensive compared to what we got.

Breakfast was a little poor compared to the price of 10 Euro. We only got bread, cheese and jam. Beside that eggs of some sort, fruit for breakfast and some youghurt could help? Our car was in danger the whole time while parked out front. We got some White paint from another car on the right side, front door. Beside that everyone trying to avoid cars on the road passed by with bags etc. (not enough room to pass between cars in the parking lot) = bangs on our car….
