Eala Hotel completely surpassed my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt exceptional — the setting, the service, and the attention to detail were on a whole different level. The atmosphere is serene and elegant, with breathtaking views that instantly make you feel relaxed and spoiledThe staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always available but never intrusive. The suites were not only beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable — it’s clear that every element has been thoughtfully considered for guest comfortable Breakfast was another standout feature. Served in a stunning lakeside setting, the experience was both peaceful and indulgent. The selection was varied and high-quality — from freshly baked pastries and seasonal fruits to made-to-order dishes. Sitting by the window or at balcony with a coffee in hand, overlooking the water, was the perfect way to start each dayI also really appreciated the hotel’s shuttle service, which made it effortless to explore the town and attractions without any hassle. It was punctual, clean, and well-organized — a small touch that added a lot of convenience to the overall stay.

We were very happy to stay in EALA. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Room, hotel, swimming pool area and Spa center are very very clean. Excellent breakfast. Probably the best we had. Our room was very quiet and size of the room was big enough. Bed was very comfortable as well. Had nice experience in SENSO reastaurant and we were invited to the kitchen where we could see Mr. Alfio Ghezzi and his professional team! Thanks for that.RECOMMEND this hotel to everyone who is looking for the best service!

I have accidentally walked in the reception a day earlier, they have offered me the only room available which was a suite at an outrageous price , they have made my stay a dream and my wife really enjoyed it

The facilities are amazing as well as the concierge service. Hotel is clean and stylish.

Ate at the Michelin restaurant SENSO, we had the wine paring. My advise - don’t. Also never knew, it’s the same chefs as the main restaurant not even a seperate team. The sommelier couldn’t even be bothered to engage with us - he didn’t describe the wine, why it went with the dish, simply rushed through the name and where it was from and ran off. He even did it so quickly once he had to pivot back and repeat himself. There was a clear discrepancy with guest treatment the other two german tables next to us he managed to be kind and talkative and spent his time with them - we really were made to feel uncomfortable there and like we didn’t belong.Bar/Salon drinks service - often our glasses were left empty and we had to spend time trying to catch the waiting staffs attention to get another drink having to get up and get the drinks menu ourselves (they were too busy chatting with eachother at the bar) Finally on our last day we wanted to catch the shuttle down to limone to head to the ATM so we could get cash for extra tip money. We were the only people at reception and we were told a 5 min wait. Then 5 mins past and the Spanish Maserati club appeared and suddenly took priority over us. Our 5 minuite wait turned into over half and our and we can to finally give up and go back to our room.Finally when it was time to go we had to take our own cases to reception and carry them ourselves into the taxi with the reception and concierge watching on as I struggled - they didn’t even say goodbye! What was supposed to be a lovely birthday trip was ruined by the staff here at EALA. If you don’t look like you have money you won’t get the service you deserve.

The view, the suite, the service & the location were outstanding. The hotel really did exceed all expectations - if we could give 6 stars we would.

Having to leave the property upon checkout at 12pm and not being able to use the facilities for the last few hours, considering our flight was at 9pm this would have been extremely useful for us. If we had been advised this when we checked in that would have helped us to forward plan.

Every single corner was beautiful...the room ...pool side ... loopy ...we arrived late night & we were frustrated because of the fog at the road...the staff who were at the reception make it up for us with very very beautiful room & welcoming refreshments...the breakfast was amazing & the staff smiles all the time... we tried the lunch on the restaurant & the food was delicious ? also they helped me to follow my shipment from Florance to Milan , free shuttle to the center was nice service from them ....they say good bay with a box containing spaghetti and sauce...amazing staff & wonderful stay & definitely will come again

It was perfect

This is paradise. It completely exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect and met the highest standards. The bathroom was marble and the tube on the terrace was the icing on the cake. The breakfast staff did their utmost to make you happy, great omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice, you could feel the freshness in your mouth! Outstanding!!! There is a free hotel shuttle that takes you to Limone sul Garda. We enjoyed a wonderful evening there and went back. What an extraordinary stay! Definitely 5 star luxury! We were completely happy!
