The location was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. There was parking. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was good with many options.

The room smelled strongly of cleaning products, and one time the cleaner just walked in without knockingThe hotel could definitely use a bit of an interior refresh

Rooms were big enough for a couple or family of 3-4 people. There is enough space to leave your clothes, lugagge and even a space outside your room with a view for the Garda Lake. Staff was very helpful. There is parking garage at the hotel which is really good if you come by car, since it can be difficult to park in Limone Sul Garda.

Breakfast was OK, but I missed some more options rather than sweet pastries. There was eggs, but they were a little bit oily. Not a complain but a suggestion, if the hotel could make the swimming pool warm, that would attract even more people, so the pool could be used all over the year.

Hotel was beautiful, really clean , staff friendly and location perfect we will be back for another visit

I can not wait to return

The room had a large sheltered balcony with a view of the lake. The car park under the hotel is convenient in a town with such little space. The breakfast has an enormous selection of things to eat.

Location, staff, pool were nice. The breakfast was OK as well (lactose-free milk is available which is nice).

The pillows are ridiculously uncomfortable, and somehow ants made it in the room (through the hallway?). The maid did not respect the "Do not disturb" sign any of the 5 days while I stayed there.

Nice room, we had a suite with a sea view and all was fine. Comfortable beds, fantastic AC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with a fantastic view. Good location with only a short walk to the center of Limone. Good parking facilities.

Not really a 4 star hotel if you consider that the shower was more or less in the hall way and you only got some plastic glasses and no possibility to make tea/coffee in the room. It was a shared terrace from our room, but that was stated in the description so not really something we could complain at. Cleaning staff did a couple of times leave our terrace door un-locked.

Location was perfect, next to beach and also minimarket. 10minutes walk to bus station and 15minures to ferry station.Pool was little old but poolside nice. Our deluxe room was really spacious. Breakfast good.

Check out and breakfast is too early.Our balcony was old.

Location was 10/10 the lake beach was 5 minute walk which was spotless good food along the lake front. Amazing transport options to get to Riva del Garda and Mount Bolde.

Breakfast was terrible with poor ingredients, we were there for 7 days and only had it on the first morning. Room in the hotel was not to a 4 star standard.

Ideal location just a short walk from town. Beautiful views. Lovely staff. Pool was small but the perfect temperature and clean. We paid a bit more for a room with a terrace overlooking the lake. Well worth it.

Location, views, people.

The location was perfect. There was free secure parking, so no worry about my vehicle. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a variety of choices. All staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and we got the warmest welcome from Giulia. The AC worked well and was very nice after a long day in the sun.

So clean, the room was done to perfection every day it was lovely. Staff was friendly. We had Breakfast included and it was very tasty. Free parking for our car rental so it was safe. Pool was nice and loads of balcony’s for sitting out in the sunshine

Location was perfect, hotel was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Lucieann on reception.

Food, had dinner one night at the hotel, paid E44 for dinner we could not eat.

Well situated at the shore of Lake Garda.

Junior suite with terass and lake view booked but disappointing standard and lack of view. Restaurant with no class and bad service to be honest. Not leaving up to price level at all. Breakfast was also poor and even 45minutes before closing there was no more filling up. Spa was reduced to two saunas and nothing more.

Great location and good value for money.

The rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but still comfortable and spacious.

Got a free upgrade to a larger room with nice terrace facing the mountains. Great view.

Breakfast - selection of breads limited. Probably not to our liking.
