Beautiful location, brilliant breakfast spread, friendly staff, amazing views of the lake, and great value for money!

No air con in the rooms.

What an amazing hotel we really enjoyed our stay the views from the rooms are breathetaking originally we booked a room without a balcony but asked on arrival if was possible and they had no problem. The owner was so lovely and sweet she really made us feel like we were at home. Already planning to stay here next year.

the location was perfect ,right on the lake front, local facilities on the door step , swimming 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was good service perfect ,very friendly staff.

The way the climate is going , it would be worth investing in airco, it was 35 degrees + everyday we were there, airco will be needed, if this is the new normal .

It is a true gem!!! We did not even expect to be in such a charming building with out-of-this-world vista of lake Garda and Limone shore. And the hostess is the most wonderful woman you can ever wish to have as your hotel staff!!! We felt like we visited part of our family and were treated with such warmth, respect and kindness!!!! Even bed covers looked like hand made from natural cotton and were by themselves a piece of art! Thank you so much to the owners family, well definitely stay in your hotel again if we visit lake Garda again in the future!

Nothing, its perfect!

The Lake view was amazing! Very good breakfast, especially croissants, and coffee. Hotel in Venezian style, you will enjoy the interior.

No laundry service. No clothes dryer if your room has no balcony. Wet clothes cannot be dried. The room was a bit different from the booking photo (it looks simpler). Be careful with parking, you need to park your car not on the street, but in covered parking (from the lakeside). For a parking card, you need to go immediately upon check-in to the information desk.

Getting hot at night and vents could have been great

The hotel is in a great location on the shore of Lake Garda and the views from the room were amazing. Staff were friendly and were able to provide gluten free items (like bread) for breakfast.

Hardly a big issue, but the room only had a single free plug socket.

Very friendly staff and great car parking service. The hotel is well located with an excellent view of the lake. We appreciated an upgrade to 2 bathrooms.

The room was hot and stuffy. The fan was very helpful but air-conditioning would be better still. It is an historic hotel but the decor is mostly tired looking. Some decorative changes would elevate this hotel.

Very very disappointing booking. Pity because the location is perfect, but lack of communication and facilities were so bad. During a heat wave with no Air Condition! We could not handle the heat at any point during the day or night, we were also stuck outside of the hotel for half an hour, as the host did not mention to use back door (which cannot be seen) to enter the building late at night. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.. The host did not recommend any places during our stay.. The only upside of this accommodation was cleanliness and location. Never did I leave a bad review for anything in my life!

NO AIR CONDITION!- This should have been highlighted in the accommodation description! How can a hotel at this time, during a heat wave not have an AC?- We were offered a very small fan, which wasn't enough, then given another 2 fans but still they were blowing hot air. Lack of communication, uncomfortable pillows, the building is nice but rooms need to be renovated thoroughly- for the money that you pay and the location, you would think the room would be beautiful- it was super simple, low quality furniture, no decor. We were also welcomed with expired biscuits.

Breakfast during Corona was served according to your own needs and specs. Perfectly done. With the best atmospere en very kind staff. This is well worth the money.

Everything was super good, very kind, helpful and nice staff, great location, room with the lake view, very good breakfast. We liked it very much. We would come back. If you like nice and simple this is a hotel for you. Its a family business in lovely 100 years old building.

If I need to say anything is: a bit noisy in the morning, when delivery comes around... No air condition in the room. For us was ok, as it was not hot outside...

The family who owned the hotel were extremely nice and very accommodating. The hotel, being one of the oldest in Limone was superb. Really ornate and traditional. Location wise it was perfect. Car parking is provided by the hotel but you get a card to park in the main car park which was about 200 yard away from the hotel as the hotel is in the restricted access area. We will definitely look at staying here again when we return!

Lovely friendly family-run hotel, the best located in Limone. Love the stone staircase, period furniture and charm of the place. The attached restaurant was great with good live music some nights.

A nice place in a wonderful small town.
