The view, without a doubt.

The decor is VERY dated- even in the "refurbished" rooms it is not great. The room we first got was very dark, dingy and had a terrible view of the lake despite us having upgraded to the highest category to get lake views & a balcony.

The breakfast had no good options or flavors. It was a big disappointment! We were in Italy, and there was nothing at breakfast that reflected Italian cuisine. It was totally frustrating!

The properties location was up a steep hill (bottom of mountain) so without car you’d need to be a good hiker or take shuttle bus into town at a cost.However the hotel was tired, rooms very dated and facilities very average.Catered predominantly for German coach tours.I will say the view every morning was incredible, no actually breathtaking so it out weighed anything negative about accommodation.If you do suffer with any kind of walking issues this hotel is not for you, stairs everywhere, it’s on different levels and confusing to find rooms

Views, just the best

Very nice and helpful staff, we were greeted with pink wine and cookies. The hotel is beautifully located, its greatest asset is undoubtedly the view of the mountains and the lake. The rooms are new, cozy, tastefully furnished, they have facilities for the disabled. We were in the panoramic rooms.there are many places to relax on the hotel grounds and there is no shortage of sun loungers.

to the center of the town and to the lake you have to walk a bit along a steep road, but the hotel provides a bus.

The property looked good, as did our room. Views were lovely. Enjoyed walking to Limone and back. Staff were helpful.

Rooms were not well insulated for noise. We could hear people in adjoining rooms. Luggage had to be carried up or down many steps to reach our room. Breakfast had a cafeteria feel, and muesli, jam etc were packaged product.

I thought that it was great value for money, the coffee, orange juice and water were all from a self service machine and tasted great. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very well organised.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff fantastic views. It is uphill so don't book if you have difficulty with walking otherwise perfect. They have everything you want restaurant, bar, 2 pools chess. I will come back defo.

The lack of WiFi in our room was very disappointing, limiting our connectivity and left us unable to stream channels on the television. At the time of booking it was not made clear WiFi in the room was not guaranteed. The first night we were disturbed at 02:30am due to an unexplained intermittent knocking found, that lasted 20 minutes and then ceased. We believe it was either from water pipes or air conditioning. On returning to our room Sunday afternoon the key card and lock on our door failed and throughout our stay the smell of cigarette smoke from a neighbouring room left us unable to enjoy spending time outside on our balcony.

We had a great view, the staff were so kind and spoke english italian and german. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable with everything you need.

The view from the terrace is marvelous, the door at balcony leads to terrace with a breathtaking view.

As the hotel stays on a heal if you don’t have a car it will be tricky question to reach it and the most restaurants are located a bit further from it. The hotel is overall is old dated and some of the rooms are need to be renovated as it was not renovations it seems to me from the day of establishment and this is the worst thing you do not feel comfortable in it if you are in room with old furniture and poor facilities. The majority of guests are german retired couples be ready for this

Breakfast was good. Lots of steps around the hotel as on many different levels, could have been a problem for some peopke

With the booking we made we could only use the indoor pool if we paid €10 on top of what we had a ready paid. Too cold to use outsipools.

Location n beautiful view!

Bathroom was smelly :( no European tv - lack of English channels. Overall the hotel is old and not in a good shape!

Loved the room renovated and the views of lavanda fields....and the views from dining room and excellent breakfast

The hotel requires renovation, it looks very old, is not maintained, and has a moldy smell, also the bed made us feel itchy all the time so we had to put extra double sheets on just to feel a bit safer. The breakfast was also not good and didn't seem fresh.

View of the lake was beautiful. Limone is a very very pretty place

Rooms dated . Steep walk to the town shuttle bus finished at 7pm.

Comfortable clean room. The upgrade to half board was well worth the extra cost, and the food was excellent.

Poor water pressure for the shower, ranged from gushing to dripping!!

Clean and spacious, we did upgrade. The big plus was that the room we had was newly refurbished and the views from our room was fabulous!!

The bathroom toilet was very high, built for disabilities but far far too high for me!!

Very nice views from, no noise, free parking space

The water at shower was either too hot or too cold, no in between. No changing of towels. The diatance to center is preety far. About 15 min walk.
