    Pros +

    • Staff was very nice, big selection of food, free alcohol (even hard liquor). Live music most nights of the week in the evening. Parking in a garage, nice pool with a view of the lake and other amenities.
    • Location is a great base for exploring on foot by car or bike. Free and ample parking. Amazing views. Self service unlimited food and drink. Every night a choice of 3 pasta dishes and a rice dish. Chips, wedges or potatoes, a carvery meat station, 3 vegetable choices and 3 meat or fish choice ranging from stews, to beef fillets to meat strudels. There’s also a large salad and cold bar station, a deserts station with plenty of choice and an ice cream freezer. We read some reviews saying food was cold, we didn’t experience that problem however there is a self serving: microwave. The self service bar was unique. Not for everyone but we enjoyed serving ourselves. There’s a choice of about 9 or 10 different spirits. Gin, rum, whisky, brandy, sambuca, vodka and, amaretto and some local tiples. Beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and tonic on tap. Also coffee machines open day and night with donuts, cakes, biscuits and crisps to help yourself to. If you prefer there is a bar with international brands and cocktails that aren’t part of the all inclusive that you can pay for with all the post stuff like Jack Daniel’s and baileys etc. Very clean throughout the entire resort Our room was in the lake villa right on the lake, across the road and down the steps from the main hotel building . A little dated but very clean, large bathroom, beds comfy enough and location right on the lake is amazing and well worth the upgrade and the walk across the road.
    • Lovely food, abundance of various dishes during each meal time, very friendly waiters and Staff, perfect location, shuttle bus to the center of Limone; live music im the lobby each evening; we had an all-inclusive stay and we were pleaseantly surprised that soft drinks and alkohol drinks were at our disposal all the time - everything was available in the lobby. Lots of various snacks and icecrems for kids. Room was very clean, cleaned each day of our stay, fresh towels every day as well. Lovely hotel and a great stay.

    Cons -

    • We had an economy room - the furniture and AC are quite old (still great value for the money!) but the only thing I will complain a little about is the hair dryer. It is very old and weak and it would take forever to actually dry hair with it. I recommend bringing your own. No other complaints ?
    • Out of season only the main bar and Resturant are open. It didn’t bother us but bear that in mind when booking The outdoor pools are colder than the lake out of season. Still great for sunbathing around and kids didn’t seam to mind
    • The room (we were in building that starts with 6...) was very clean but it looks pretty old-fashioned (80's style) and it would be great to have some chairs - our room was 4-bed and no chairs. Apart from that little discomfort, we enjoyed the stay a lot!

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is the best

Rooms are ok, but need updating. Also food can have more vegetarian options.

    Views of Lake Garda

Very dated rooms! Poor access to upper parking level 3 which was not suitable for low cars one of our groups car grounded out on exposed tree roots & uneven paving

    8StanislavPosted on: 9-14-2024

The view from the terrace was exceptional, the location near Limone was very convenient, free shuttle bus to centre, 20 minutes by car to Riva del Garda, large territory, tasty food, variety of food.

Very small outdated bathroom, old design room, tiny TV, poor lighting. Incredibly outdated indoor pool and spa zone. Early checkout at 10 a m. is a "crime". Uncomfortable timeframes for lunch, no coffee during lunch only near the reception, limited choice of food during the lunch (no soup for example) which is weird for all-inclusive.

The room was a little bit out of the way but the facilities were superb and the staff were exceptional.

    The walk to the room

Location: very close to the beautiful lake waterfront and just a small walk to townVenue: kids loved the huge garden with all kinds of playgrounds (minigolf, ping pong, chess, etc), the three outdoor pools (one with a waterslide) and the indoor pool. Everything is very well maintained.Meals: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great variety of tastt food, unlimited soft drinks, beer and wine. Drinks were freely available even outside of the meal hours, snacks always availableRoom: very spacious with pool and lake view

Complex is great for the vacation, it has pools, private beach, cafe at the beach, undergound garage very good place for the vacation and relaxation with the family.

Furniture in teh hotel is very old it need to be renovated. It’s time for new furniture

    1. The Garda lake — water was clean and relatively calm, nice to swim. But probably would be even more enjoyable for kite and wind surfers.2. And the view on the lake from many rooms is great.3. They allow dogs, there’s even a dedicated dining area in their lobby next to the restaurant for people with dogs.4. The food was good, many options, we liked it.

In no particular order:1. Loud music till 22:00, often rap with explicit lyrics, and the hotel was full of children at the moment2. Everywhere on the territory is allowed to smoke. Oftentimes anywhere outside it would smell of tabacco, visitors would smoke near pools, on the beach, etc. Great for smokers, unpleasant and uncomfortable for non-smokers like us.3. Rooms are worn out — damaged walls, with signs of quick patching, mold on silicone in bathrooms, worn out sanitary equipment.4. Room cleaning could’ve been better, visible dirt after a cleaning round.5. Most of the facilities are also worn out or damaged, like mini golf — most of it was in cracks, or deformed.

Lovely warm pool. Location was close to the beach, although very hilly.

Only one problem, but a big one: There was a main road between the hotel and the beach (which was a private beach, part of the hotel). There was no crossing point, no lights; it was extremely dangerous to cross. And the only place to wait was literally standing on the white line at the edge of the lane. Especially for a hotel with many families with small children this really felt unsafe, and really needs a solution. This was the only poor aspect of an otherwise very pleasant stay.

    Nothing at all!

Definitely not a 4* hotel. Old rooms and very bad food. Hotel management doesn’t listen to your complaints.-The furniture in the room was very very old and destroyed.- The mattrass was old, saggy, dirty (urninated), molly and full with bed bugs.-During our stay the bedlinnen isn’t refreshed.- The blanket was old, pilled and stank.- Dirty floor.- Very small tv.- Almost no WIFI available in the room- Bread and croissants at breakfast were everyday dried out. No Coffee available after 09.30 because the staff closed the Coffee machines. Probably they wanted to be ready at 10.00.- Fried eggs and scrambled eggs were dried out and cold. And sometimes not available.- Lunch and dinner food was cold and during our stay no variety.- We expected great Italian food. None of this!- Oilcloth at the tables.- Outside terrace was far from cozy. No non smoking area available.- Unfriendly staff at the reception. They don’t listen to complaints although (as I read after our stay in many reviews) they know what’s wrong with this hotel.I have send severale-mails to the hotel management, but they denied these facts and are not willing to compensate me.

Great location, great for kids with waterslide, private beach, shuttle bus, the check out

A lot of mold in the bathroom with mold smell (black ceiling), ants in the room, leaking aircon, bad all inclusive with tasteless food. Less choice with more quality would be better. No pizza and only coke zero, quite sad. Won't stay there again

    8AndreiPosted on: 7-4-2024

    The wiew, the room...

The food. And no WI -Fi in the room.

Location and access to the Lake. food at dinner was okay

Hotel was tired overall, worse red wine on tap I've ever tasted. The breakfast was very disappointing. Limited items available, hot food was cold, not great at all. Would have expected better from a Parc Hotel

Food, shuttle bus, animation, nice view.

Parking difficult to go and back, swimming pool-very bad entrance.
