THE SERVICE. all balconies has no privacy and to close to the other guests who’s walking down. the breakfast was decent and doesn’t have much options. they charge for everything thing even when I ask for ice bucket. the forced me to sign a form (all terms were in italian and they said it’s not available in english) so I fill my contact details on that form that they claim it is for the police but I took a picture of it and translate it was not related to police but to share my contact details for marketing purposes

most of the hotels around help their customers to go the twon by the hotels car, but our hotel nothe put drinking water the first day and other days we have to buy from a store outside the hotel.the charge us for slippers which i haven’t see in any hotel .finally no iron inside the room . and you have to buy to iron your clothes

Where can I start with this beautiful, exceptional Doa hotel. The location is perfect , less than 10 minutes walk to Limone center, the view on the lake is amazing, the staff are very helpful, the decoration is excellent, the amenities are great. I can't say enough about this place, but if you have a chance to stay here, just don't think twice, just book it. I stated in suite room and was facing the lake ,I just wished that I lived there. Will definitely stay there when visiting the area

Location was one of the best in town, all staff was super friendly, and their gym and wellness were great!

English Breakfast Tea. Their version of it was not what we British understand as tea. Eventually some Twining appeared one morning. Next day it disappeared.

Perfect location to explore Lake Garda.great pool area, and easy to access a small shingle beach to swim in the lake (which was warm in September)

Dead at night. Can’t sit on your balcony to play cards etc at night as balconies have no lights. Standard Rooms are quite small. No tea /coffee facility in room. You feel like you’re in Germany not Italy! At breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening staff speak to you in German. Thankfully we do speak some German. I love speaking it when I’m in Austria but not in Italy!! I explained we were not German, I responded in Italian but still the German continued! It’s also very typically German in that everything wraps up about 10pm. The hotel is a 0.5mile gradual uphill walk from the centre of Limone. We did find a great restaurant just along the road called Dal Bigarola and the bar in nearby Hotel Limone has a great atmosphere at night!

The staff is extremely unfriendly, they didn't want to find a solution for us, when we asked to drink coffeee outside. We had to be inside of hotel, like we were in prison.

Loved the resort feeling and beautiful gardens. Great to have different bars during the whole day. Dinner was also great. Lovely and nice staff.

The rooms were quite comfortable and good. Shower and bathroom could be slightly bigger but just a minor issue. The rooms were also sometimes too warm and the AC couldn’t be controlled in the room (but I think that is intentional)

Location is great, a short walk into town with access to a private beach. The room was big and bright, with amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Room has everything you need (coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, tv, comfy bed, etc) and the breakfast was good - had a few options to choose from. Staff were friendly and the hotel has a great restaurant with an amazing view. We had lunch there most days, then headed to the pool.

One negative is the aircon/heating system. They have the heating on in the winter months and the aircon on over the summer months, which meant that we only had heating on in our hotel room which in May can get rather warm. We had to ask for the heating to be switched off in our room, as we had a very really warm days and the room was getting hot. As the heating was turned off, you had to keep you balcony door open to get some air circulating in the room. It's not ideal, for a 4 star hotel you expect to be able to control the air temperature in your own room. And if the heating/cooling is off, the room should still be ventilated - the air system here seems dated.

We loved the room. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and everybody was very friendly and polite. Receptionists were very helpful and gave us some good advices.

The staff accused on several occasions of having more than 2 people to a room. We were a family of 6 and a baby and me and my mother had the largest room so everyone was coming into the room to relax, use the sauna etc but sleeping in their own rooms which we explained several times and eventually they understood but I didn’t like being accused and questioned 3 separate times.

The attentive and friendly staff were particularly helpful as one of the family has a nut allergy and another is a vegan who doesn't eat tomatoes but nothing was a problem and the selection of delicious food was incredible Grazie Mille lo chef!

Honestly I loved everything about the hotel. The hotel is beachfront with nice swimming pool and it has Spa and wellness center .Extremely helpful friendly staff. Location is perfect and 10 minutes walk to center. Comfortable beds and delicious open buffet breakfast/one of the best during my visit to Garda Lake. Recommended 100%

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the location, while outside of the town, is outstanding. Unfortunately these are the only positives I can say about this hotel.

We are in our 80s, I inadvertently booked this hotel instead of one with a similar name (in another town). We only became aware of this error on arrival at the other hotel. We tried to cancel via booking.com where we were told the hotel would expect payment for the full 9 nights or we could send a very short message asking the hotel for a refund. My son lied and said we had Covid. We were unhappy with this so travelled there to apologise in person and ask for a partial refund.They refused to refund anythingRepeatedly blamed us for a genuine mistakeWould not call us or allow us speak to the managerRepeatedly lied and said it was booking.com who would not refundThey offered us a generous discount on a future stay which of course we would not consider after how we treated. We told them even a partial refund would get a full marks review, but they were happier to keep our money and treat us with contempt.
