The staff are amazing friendly cheerful kind and helpful ?Views from the room is magical ? very nice location near all restaurants

Only that it’s exactly at the ferry stop it’s not a bad thing but it gets a little too busy noisy and crowded sometimes otherwise EVERYTHING IS PERFECT ?

Fantastic location in the pedestrian area of Limone. Great breakfast right on the water. Wonderful way to start our day.

Had to park at Hotel Splendid up the hill. They did provide transportation of ourselves and our luggage upon arrival and departure. Very tight parking garage. Pool was located up the street a little bit from our hotel and it closed early around 7pm. The air conditioning didn’t work very well.

The staf was kind and the pool perfect.The breakfast was great.

In the restaurant where too much other guests.Sometimes there was no place for the hotel guests.

Hotel Le Palme was the perfect place for our time at Limone Sul Garda. The location was fantastic, and our room was lovely. We especially enjoyed the balcony with spectacular views of the lake and town. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, too. We’re so happy we chose to stay here.

The lake views from the dining room/bar and bedroom were stunning. I was transfixed by them! Bed waS comfortable. Good storage and hanging space. Lift was always available.

The fact there was no reception desk in the hotel. For small queries one would not phone the other Hotel. It felt like no one was in charge.

The staff was the best i've ever experienced. We had a flat tire and they helped us with everything we needed, they really went out of their way.The hotel also have great location and amazing view

It felt like a step back in time! The hotel is not updated but it is super clean and important elements like the showers and beds were in great shape. The food on the restaurant was incredibly good. They serve a great gin and tonic. The staff were attentive and friendly. The whole experience took us back in time on a good way.

A/C not cold enough, lack of usb ports, old curtains, warm refrigerator, 1 small complimentary bottle of water, for 2 guests, no milk, despite having tea/coffee making facilities, 1 pool towel for 2 guests, pools are not attached to the hotel, shower over a very deep bath..not ideal for persons with mobility issues, noisy ferries throughout our stay, they dock right at hotel, Ferry passengers can have a good long look at you if you are trying to relax on your balcony, check in is at Sunrise Hotel above Limone centre..a fact one is not aware of until the free cancellation period has expired, you have to leave your car at that hotel, pizzas at restaurant are almost inedible!

The location and view is amazing Shuttle service and parking very quick and friendly

We were not aware that you had to go to a different hotel to check-in and check-out Also the swimming pool is not at the hotelWe had booked 2 days, but only stayed for one..This stay was to explore to Lake, which was beautiful, but you cannot fault Sirmione where we stayed for the majority of our holiday

Wonderful older style hotel right on the water. Two lovely swimming pools and we also rented a speed boat for the day, with the kids. Fantastic breakfasts and so many choices close by for dinner and lunch.

The location is great, the room was a good size and clean. We had a big share balcony overlooking the lake which was lovely. Overall the experience was fabulous.

The bathroom towels are thin and worn and need to be replaced. And the hotel say you can contact them by WhatsApp but they don’t reply.

There was nothing to dislike

The location is the only positive about this place.

Rundown old hotel that needs a new management and renovation. Old furniture, old yellow curtains, tiny rooms, horrible food and a staff that couldn’t care less.

The hotel staff was amazingly professional and friendly, the location the view and the restaurant were so good.
