Hotel Capo Reamol

The view from the hotel is incredible. The breakfast is good and overall there is good value for price. There is a bike rental free of charge, which is very nice and you can go to Limone by by bicycle.

Wifi is not working well, difficult parking, and the breakfast area is not so clean(dead bugs near the windows)

The location was a perfect 10. You had to take an elevator and then walk outside over a wooden bridge to get to our room so getting the luggage cart to our room was not easy. The room was right on the water and was comfortable. the outside deck was especially nice.

Our flight getting into Mahlon was seven hours delayed, and when I called to let the hotel know we would be late. They gave me the wrong instructions on how to get to the hotel. Consequently, we make it the first night we had reserved, and the hotel charged me anyway!? They should not have charged me! Then when they gave us a room, it had a terrible odor coming from the shower, drain or sink (sewage), they told us they did not have a room that they could give us, but after being assertive, they suddenly found a room that they could move us to. We asked them to waive the first night charge and they would not do that. When this has happened to me in the past, the hotel has always not charged me for the night that I missed. The hotel is very old and plain, and the carpet in the hallways and walking into the rooms is stained and very worn. I would never stay here again.

It’s can not be 4 star hotel, extremely bad restaurant workers, you should bring your water bottle with you they charge 2 euros per bottle 500 ml and it’s only refilled when cleaning if you don’t let them clean you will need to buy from the terrible restaurant. I was planning to have a dinner on my check in day because I checked in late and ordered a margarita pizza they gave me margarita drink instead and when I corrected them they open the freezer and heat it up. I also asked for a late check out and only except 11 am if more they will charge you a FULL DAY.

Excellent hotel with balconies overlooking the lake.

Air conditioning turned off 9am-12noon every day . It was 35c by 10am so it was hot in our room every day 9-12 noon! Rediculous! Pool closed at 6pm every day. Why?

This hotel it's a great option if you are planning to visit LIMONE SUL GARDAIt's outside the town, with a short 10-15 minute drive to the center of the town. So it's more relax that staying at the town itself.It has parking at the property, and the included breakfast was very good.We had 3 rooms with LAKE VIEW WITH BALCONY, and it was great. Fantastic views, from the room, and restaurant.Rooms were comfortable and good size.The STAFF was OUTSANDING. Giving advise, where to eat, where to park in town, etc. The last day, due to an early flight from Milan, we couldn't have breakfast as we were leaving BEFORE the breakfast time, so the hotel staff , WAS KIND ENOUGH to prepare 5 bags,(1 for each of us) with Sandwiches, fruit, juice, and water.Great customer service.We will go back to this hotel, on our next visit to ITALY.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location with beautiful view right over Garda lake. Rich breakfast, including fresh juices. Kind and professional staff. The hotel also offers free use of bicycles. Highly recommend.

All was great

The view is outstanding and it was so nice having a balcony. The facilities had everything you needed including bike hire and the room was modern and clean. The bathroom was large and very nice

Not much we didn't like, there wasn't an obvious place to put a second suitcase and the room was little small for 2 people moving around past each other

First we got key to the occupied room ? then we got key to the room without chair ? our stay was just ok, nothing special. We stayed the day before hotel was closed for a winter season maybe that was our impression was as it was.

The location is absolutly perfect for exploring the lake. The restaurant is also very good highly recommended for dinner.The staff is super kind and very supportive. The size of the room was good and the cleanliness is also OK, the view from the balcon was amazing.

Everything was perfect, nothing to add for this point.

Everything was great, I am returning to this hotel for the second time, stunning view of the lake and mountains, excellent restaurant and reception.

Perfectly placed to walk into Limone and the ferries, lovely and quiet.

No where comfy to sit on a sofa is my only gripe

The place for surfing is fantastic.

The staff of the restaurant of the hotel are very rude . I left the breakfast room and wanted to come back again. The waiter did not allow me to enter for the second time while breakfast was buffet and included in the price and treated me like a thief . I hope the manager does something about the wrong behavior of their staff. I did not get even a "sorry" which obviously was not in their vocab. Looks like a 3 star hotel .

It has a good veiw

There is no one to help you with the luggage( although it is a 4 star hotel ?). And it was so difficult to carry our luggage because we booked a junior sweet ( which is literally not , its a regular room with 1 extra bed ?) and it was in other building so it was hard to move the luggage. It has 1 small elevator so you will wait long time, the air conditioning was bad and located in a stupid place above the room door , the bed was absolutely uncomfortable it hurts my back, I’ll share some pics

Location amazing right on the lake and on the bike pathway to Limone. This made it perfect for water sports with on site instructors, swimming and running in the mornings. The evening dinner menu is nice.

The hotel is very dated, it needs a refurbishment. We also had a mixed experience with the staff, the restaurant manager is wonderful but the other staff could be quite unaccommodating if you didn’t order accordingly to the exact protocol.
