Too long ways of walking and stairs climbing inside the hotel taking our luggage into and out of the room was horrible

The hotel is good, but there is no staff to help with luggage even though the rooms are very far from the reception, and the reception staff were not friendly.

I loved the hotel’s stunning view of the lake, its location close to the city center, and the spacious room.

I didn’t like the very small bathroom space, the absence of a kettle and cups for coffee or tea, and the fact that the room key was old-fashioned and very heavy. Also, there was no bottle of drinking water in the room!

The location is perfect, the view is amazing and worth every cent. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good with all kind of choices. Walk to the center of Limone takes around 5 min max. We would definitely book again.

The hotel is located in beautiful Limone sul Garda. It had some great amenities and our view was superb. The buffet was great value with a variety of options.

The air-conditioning throughout the hotel was turned off. Even though the weather was cooler, our room was very hot, especially at night and we had to sleep with our balcony door open. This meant the morning light woke us early and I was concerned about security. When we reported this, the staff were dismissive and didn’t offer any solutions.

This hotel was fantastic. The views were spectacular. The location was fabulous. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was exceptional ….so much variety and choice and the food was delicious. The bar terrace was so beautiful with ‘out of this world’ views. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel.

Amazing location and breathtaking views from the room and terrace. It was just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and ferry, which was a big bonus as we didn't travel by car. The staff was friendly, and the choice for breakfast was very good with multiple options. We loved our stay and just wished it was longer!

Great stay, lovely hotel. We highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean with all amenities. The views are stunning. The hotel is located right next to the old town, it takes a few minutes to walk, but it is quiet and relaxing. This is a truly unique place, if you read this review and are wondering whether to book a room, then there is nothing to think about. You won't find a better place.

Lovely views over the lake from room and top floor bar. Comfortable room with effective air conditioning. Close to Limone centre. Good choice at breakfast. Good choice of pools.

A couple of things 1. Not enough staff on in the evening especially when trying to check in very slow 2. Very poor access to the garage parking. You need to install a lift or stairs in case you need access to your vehicle as the driveway is very steep my wife fell over walking down to the car garage this of course spoiled her time as she had a nasty graze 3. Disabled access from the road to the reception, you need to install a ramp for wheelchair access

everything was excellent, the location is phenomenal, the view from the terrace on the city of lemons, they serve you drinks, all the staff were very friendly, the rooms are furnished in antique style, but they are very well preserved, clean, the pool is available for everyone

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are also tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very quiet, and I was able to sleep deeply. There are multiple swimming pools on the premises, both indoor and outdoor. The breakfast is varied and good. The hotel's view is breathtaking, and the city center is very close, less than a 5-minute walk away.

Great views from room on to the lake.Food was good, especially the Gala Night.Bar was excellent and generous measures.A real wrench to leave.The three day discount on ferry. Our evening at the five star sister hotel. All that glitters is not gold is all I would say about it. It is not worth the expense, stay at the Splendid Palace.Rooms a bit dated but did not spoil things
