Excellent hotel especially welcoming for wheelchair accessible guests

Good access off the autoroute, easy parking. Didnt have an evening meal here as it was NY eve. Bar and restaurant area are comfortabke tho. Breakfast from 06.30 which was great as we wanted an early start, Bacon available and the usual cold meats, cheeses, pastries. Good choice of drinks. Straiight out onto N10 and away.

Nothing. I liked nothing about this place. They gave some random guy a key to my room and he came in while I was there. I didn't feel safe there, especially as a woman traveling alone.

This is a terrible hotel. They gave a man a key to my room that unlocked the deadbolt and let him into my room.

Excellent location and perfect for people who are traveling with pets.The room was clean and bathroom clean and modern and was nice to relax in a bath after a 13 hour drive. Restaurant was wonderful

The meal sadly was average.We ordered steak and I had to send mine back as wasn’t cooked enough. It came back still undercooked and my chips were then like rocks Wine was lovely and dogs are allowed in the restaurant too.

Good breakfast & having restaurant on site NB was a bonus in evening. Quiet pleasant grounds. Plenty of parking.

Good and simple, clean rooms

Breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs tasteless and bacon over baked. No staff present early in the morning.

The receptionist (Kate ?) was outstanding. Friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect for our needs and exceeded expectations in many respects - particularly our evening meal in the restaurant.

Fresh as a daisy from the first moment. Beautiful and calm interior and surroundings. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Spotless and bright. Very friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Nothing to dislike. We couldn’t find it based on the address or coordinates for some reason, being the other side direction of the approach dual carriageway.

We travel through France regularly and were only made aware of this hotel a couple of years ago. It has proved to be a quiet relaxing place after a day's travel with friendly staff only to eager to ensure your needs are met. We particularly enjoy the restaurant facilities for both an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant is spacious and it is one of the few eating establishments where patrons do not feel to be on top of each other. The rooms are always clean spacious with contemporary feel. Just what we look for. The hotel grounds are extensive and great for a quiet walk. Even better when we travel with our dogs as there is somewhere to be able to exercise them without worrying about their safety or causing inconvenience to guests. Would not now stay anywhere else when in this part of France.

I am not able to currently think of anything to adversely critiicise.

Very clean, Nice grounds to walk the dog, Staff very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Restaurant is a bit over priced for what you receive.

Cottage room was very good, restaurant meal was good and staff pleasant

It was very very difficult to find its location,

The receptionist (Kate) could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The location was quiet and pleasant surrounded by trees. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Sunday. After a long drive from Spain we did not feel like driving some more to find somewhere to eat. Also the man delivering toilet rolls at 4.30am was a little noisy.

The hotel was set in lovely surroundings,the restaurant was very good and the staff were very pleasant.

Always stay here on our journey to Spain. Relaxing and comfortable. Location a bonus.

Pity main bar isn’t open till 7pm

The room was simple, clean and comfortable.

The food we had at dinner tasted good but the portions were very small and we are not big eaters! We would stay again but would head out for dinner.

This was a great place for our stopover during a road trip through France. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was very good as well. The hotel is dog-friendly and we loved having the large green area outside the hotel to walk the dog in.

Service was very slow at the restaurant.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff were all superb. The gardens were great for exercising our dog after a long drive. The rooms were modern and clean.

We paid for bed and breakfast. Breakfast was served until 10am. When we went at 9am, most of the breakfast items were out of stock. Bacon, sausage, croissants, pastries, yoghurts all out of stock. The assistant was very apologetic saying he was waiting for the delivery van, but it was terrible service and completely avoidable with better planning.

Nice friendly staff and very helpful despite our lack of French. The food and wine in restaurant excellent as was breakfast. Nice quiet location but close to motorway for travelling on.

Rooms were quite dated but fine for overnight stay.
