Superb stay, very clean hotel and restaurant. Comfy beds, interior all nicely detailed, absolutely loved breakfast. Staff very friendly and polite. Will definitely return here again. ?????

No issues at all with my stay. It was basic, but perfect for a one night stay.

It was a nice surprise to arrive in the hotel at 22.30h and found the staff still ready to prepare a freshly baked pizza. Very tasty pizza, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. I definitely will come back when I need a hotel in that neighbourhood. Thanks. Grtz Dirk

Family-run hotel with flexible and friendly staff. Hidden nooks, like a roof terrace where we could enjoy local wine and night views of the river and castles. Handy restaurant with terrace just downstairs. Good location for exploring nearby wineries.

Very nice and modern rooms directly with comfortable beds by the Mosel river in the center of Niederfell. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good value for money with decent breakfast.

Not clear from the website that the room was a 3 story walk up with 31 steps—with a cane, in my case. VERY difficult and dangerous, since one level has no bannister! Disclose the truth, please!

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment and when finished will be of a very high standard as shown by our room which was excellent.

There were a few teething troubles with the refurbishment. The lock on our door did not work properly but 5 mins maintenance should sort that out. We were told the decorating was happening when we booked.

Good location in a peaceful area in nature, very close to the Mosel. Good price.

Some staff members were not so friendly / service oriented. No information about breakfast, they served us pasta with meat despite being vegetarian (and it not being mentioned in the menu). There were some spider webs in the room but otherwise clean.

The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the Mosel. We ate a good meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was not a buffet but it was plentiful. The road is quiet overnight and the double-glazing good enough to muffle the sounds of trains and barges so we slept well.

Parking is on the road at the front of the hotel. The bed was a bit short for my partner.

Dirty bathroom, dirty furniture, dirty carpet. seems like no renovation done since 1970’s

The location was fine as we had chosen it specifically en route to Austria. It was also very scenic.
