Pros +
- Very friendly staff. Quiet clean rooms
- A very spacious room with a comfortable bed, an excellent host (Matthew) and at a very good price.
- A nice hotel, the room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant, and, being a little out of the way, the closest restaurants were closed on Sunday and Monday.. The nearest supermarket was a 15 minute drive away..
Cons -
- No air conditioning or fridge. We had spent eight hours in an open car on a 30° day and would have welcomed both.
- No hot food option at breakfast
- There was a problem where the key for the room was not left for me when it was agreed. I had to wait 5 hours before getting access to my room. At least I was not charged for the room due to human error. But I was assured it was a genuine mistake and apologies were made.

it is a place to stay on a small industrial estate, so one can’t expect too much. it was fairly modern, staff were largely absent, but helpful when asked. there seemed to be no food when I arrived, it was a Sunday, they did organise a pizza delivery for me however. Room was very large, bed fairly comfortable, bathroom was ok.
Breakfast was not that good, ran out of croissants and French bread.
Price and simplicity
It was clean, but aold and somehow brokenBreakfast was poor and low quality
