We truly enjoyed the location, the room, and the service.Most of all, we appreciated the hospitality of your staff: professional, friendly, and very welcoming.Thank you for making our time here so pleasant.

Hosts were extremely helpful with parking for hotel and in town; offered us 2 cappuccinos for breakfast, easy walk to the beach; nice hot shower.

Perfume smell of cleaning products permeated the hotel.

We loved everything since we arrived at the hotel; the staff made us to feel at home, the hotel facilities and the room were outstanding and the breakfast simply delicious.

Everything is perfect Clean , near the beach, very friendly and supporting staff, Sirina and other guys , decoration is new Grear breakfast with wonderful seating area

The hotel is small and cozy, the staff are very kind. They allowed us to have a late checkout with no problems and gave us great recommendations. It’s a great hotel and we had so much fun staying there!

This up to date hotel is located two blocks from the beach in Durrës. Parking was in front of the hotel for me. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was comprehensive. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed.

We had an amazing stay at La Onda Hotel. The building is brand new and you can feel it from the moment you step into the lobby, everything is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Additionally, the location is perfect.The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We did have a small issue with the AC in our first room, but the team handled it perfectly. They immediately moved us to a new room with a beautiful sea view and even sent someone to help us repack and move our stuff.Overall, amazing experience and outstanding hospitality. Easy 5 out of 5

A fairly new and very clean boutique hotel, excellent quality bed, has a parking garage, and above all a staff that does their utmost to make their guests stay enjoyable (kudos especially to Serena)! Breakfast was tasty and the hotel is located 2 blocks from the beach where they have a private section with sun beds for their guests. We will come back!

I am positivly suprised,parking was there as described,room in perfect order and the view is just amazing,im in the third floor and can se and smell the smell of the flowers coming from the neighbouring bar near the hotel.

From the very first minute walking through the door the welcome and service from all the staff was exceptional. Very clean, lovely room and fantastic view could not better.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. My son has autism and they really helped to accommodate all our needs. With late check out at no extra cost and transfer to the airport for a small extra cost.

Only down side was lack of sun loungers and parasols at the beach but the staff and service made up for that!

Nice helpful staff who care about the customer, modern hotel, very nice room, beautiful view from the balcony, very tasty food, great price for everything, I recommend it to everyone.

We had a nice room and it the hotel was close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was no problem to check in after midnight.

In the bathroom there were missing soms small things, but most of it was fixed right away. And the breakfast (included) was fine, but not the best we ever had.
