Very friendly staff.

Service was excellent ,breakfast fresh and very good ,very quiet night ,rooms are good and very clean

Drinks and snacks in the room are very expensive . They bill you when you check out , without telling you. The stuff never explain to you till you check out.

Very clean and polite staff. Though the staff at the restaurant and pool bar are not very attentive and need more training, the food was great and they are very polite. But when compared with Luxury Hotels, they lack experience in attending to guests needs. Most of them are young and very shy. But this is minor and it did not affect my great experience there.

The beach was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the hotel was nice and modern.

The variety of food was quite limited, and the hotel activities were very poor. The location of the hotel is generally far from everywhere, and there are no markets or similar places nearby.

I didn’t like the managerial approach because somehow they did something wrong and didn’t get the room that I reserved and after talking with the receptionist they told me to wait for manager but he/she never come and ended refunding me 50€ per night wich i didn’t have any other solution and accepted but i wasn’t satisfied at all because it was not my fault !

It was clean and the staff was very nice. Also it provides different leisure options (pool, beach, spa)

The beach towels were not distributed at the beach/pool, which was a negative aspect. Also, the fact that pets are not allowed.

Included breakfast (buffet) was fine, but not so impressive for the type of hotel.Food at restaurant of the hotel was dissapointing, not meeting expectations of a 5 star hotel.. On the walls of the room were some shoe prints.

I had a really disappointing experienceduring my stay at Mövenpick. The room wasfar below expectations - it was not properlycleaned, the bathroom had a bad smell, andbasic items like towels and toiletries weremissing. The staff seemed uninterested andunhelpful whenever I asked for assistance.The food was average at best, definitely notworth the price. To make things worse, thenoise from other rooms and the hallwaymade it hard to get any rest. Overall, it feltnothing like a 4 or 5-star experience, and 1left feeling frustrated and let down.

Location is very good, with a great staff also!

Stay was very nice, it was our 3rd there already. Facilities are good, they have 2 gyms and nice indoor pool. Also, in season they do complimentary chocolate hour, my son and my mum truly enjoyed it!Hotel is located close to the beach which itself is quieter that Durres beach, with less dining options, but the beach itself is so much better, also we preferred quiet for this trip.You can easily walk to the beach or, Hotel can provide a very cool buggy ride, something for children to enjoy.Hotels restaurant accidentally overcharged us significantly, but they resolved it very quickly, and provided us with bonus 2 night stay as an apology, which we welcomed. A way to treat your guests!

I imagined I would be able to relax. Unfortunately, the description, the garden, and the forest were all misleading.What was called a “garden” was actually an entrance with a noisy road, some reeds, and a swamp in front.What they refer to as a “forest” is just a back courtyard with a few pine trees.The staff was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.In the morning, there was only one type of stale bread—several days old—and greasy, pre-formed eggs that were unpleasant to look at, let alone eat.Please reflect on the services you offer.Your guest.

Despite repeated urgency and a request for an invoice with company ID, the hotel did not fulfill what it promised.

I liked staying in Movempick hotel. We stayed in a family room room. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped. The spa area is well organized, the indoor pool was a bit small for that hotel, crowded, but with warm water and well maintained. The massage treatment was really qualitative and impressive.The staff is polite and helpful, especially the reception lady. She allowed us to check out 1 hour later, which I really appreciated.

The restaurant is good, but it needs some improvement, it should be more organized. It seemed that should be more staff and the waiters could be more attentive to the clients.The breakfast was ok, but you can deal with lack of some foods in the busy times, for example of fried fried or scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages etc.Anyway, in overall it was a nice beachfront hotel.

Overall the hotel is an excellent choice, with great breakfast and even better service from the staff. They are very accommodating and met all of our requests. The food is good and the location of this hotel is amazing. We really enjoyed the beach and walking around the area. Its a very clean area, quite and amazing views.

The price on booking was cheaper than booking at the hotel, the room was different from what I booked on booking, the staff was inexperienced and the breakfast was not good.
